この特典は、キャンペーン期間中に入会され、2016 年 1 月末までにご視聴を開始された方が対象です。
有料視聴の最低契約期間は 12 ヶ月です。視聴開始のご連絡を頂きましたら正式契約となり、途中退会されても 12 ヶ月分の
ご視聴料は必ずお支払い頂きます。無料期間は、有料視聴の最低契約期間に含まれません。
注1）事情により視聴開始が不可能だった場合は、入会時に送付させて頂きました視聴カードをご返却頂き、入会取り消しとし
視聴料は頂きません。返却費用はお客様のご負担となります。
注2）視聴カードを紛失した場合は視聴カード代金（£30/€50）をお支払い頂きます。
3. この特典は他者に譲渡、換金することは出来ません。
4. JSTV、特約店の社員ならびに関係者はキャンペーンの対象となりません。
5. 再入会の方（ご入会月から、過去 6 ヶ月以内に退会された方）はこのキャンペーンの特典をご利用になれません。
6. お住まいの場所や状況によっては JSTV をご覧になれない場合がございます。
7. 他のキャンペーンとの併用はできません。
8. 「月額視聴料（最大）2 ヶ月無料」をお選びの場合は、
・視聴開始月から 2 ヶ月分の視聴料が無料となります。
・ケーブルテレビ経由、JSTV‐i でのご入会の場合は、キャンペーンの対象となりません。
9. 「初期費用補助（上限 £150/€200）」をお選びの場合は、
・ JSTV が負担する初期費用の上限は£150/€200 までとさせていただきます。それ以上につきましては、お客様のご負担となります。
・アンテナ取付けの工事契約はお客様、取付業者間となり、工事内容についての保証は業者からとなります。弊社及び特約店では
保証致しかねます。
・この特典は初期設置時のみとなります。
・国、地域によっては、取り付け業者をご紹介/派遣出来ない場合もございます。この場合、お客様から、取り付け料を取り付け業者
へお支払い頂き、その領収書を JSTV へ送付頂ければ、視聴料にて(上限 £150/€200 まで)相殺させて頂きます。
・ケーブルテレビ経由、JSTV‐i でのご入会の場合は、キャンペーンの対象となりません。
10. 「やったね「いないいないばあっ！」コース教材セット」をお選びの場合は、
・ DVD とトイをセットにして JSTV より教材６回分を１つにまとめてお送りします。
・ DVD のリージョンコードは 2、映像放送式は NTSC です。お持ちの機材によっては再生出来ません。
・商品は、視聴開始のご連絡を頂き、正式契約となってから EU 圏内とスイスのみへ宅配便で発送します。
お受け取りには署名が必要です。関税や諸費用が発生した場合は、お客様負担となります。
・商品が品切れとなった場合は、代替品をご案内する場合があります。
・ケーブルテレビ経由でのご入会の場合は、キャンペーンの対象となりません。

Your JSTV subscription form must be received by us during the promotional period from 1st October 2015 until 31st
December 2015. In addition, you must start viewing by the end of January 2016.
The minimum payable subscription contract period is 12 months. Even though you terminate your subscription within 12
months after you start viewing, 12 months subscription fee is still valid and should be paid. The free period is not included
within the minimum payable subscription contract.

*1) If for any reason a successful reception of JSTV can not be achieved, JSTV’s viewing card is to be returned
to JSTV at the customer’s expense in order that the contract is cancelled and no subscription fee is charged.
All costs for return must be paid by customer.
*2) £30/€50, the cost for viewing card, will be payable by the customer if the viewing card is damaged or lost.
3. This offer cannot be transferred to any other person or be converted into money.
4. Those companies which have business links to JSTV (JSTV agents etc.) and their staff can not apply for this promotional
offer.
5. This promotional offer is not open to re-joiners who have cancelled their JSTV subscription within the past 6 months.
6. Due to the alignment or location of your residence, a satellite antenna dish may not be able to receive the signals from JSTV.
7. You cannot use this offer in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
8. If you choose “Free 2 months Subscription Fee”,
•
The subscription fee is free for 2 months from the month you start viewing.
•
This promotional offer is not open to those who are customers of Cable TV companies and JSTV-i subscribers.
9. If you choose “Subsidy for Installation (up to £150/€200)”,
•
JSTV will subsidize up to £150/€200 for your installation. The amount over £150/€200 will be borne at your own cost..
•
The contract of installing the satellite dish is between the installer and yourself. JSTV and our agents do not have any
responsibility to guarantee the work done by the installers.
•
This offer is for the first time installation only.
•
We are not able to arrange or introduce installer in some areas or some countries. In that case, please arrange the
installer by yourself, make the payment to them and send the receipt to JSTV. With your receipt, we will offset the
amount up to £150/€200 against your subscription fee.
•
This promotional offer is not open to those who are customers of Cable TV companies and JSTV-i subscribers.
10. If you choose “Yattane (Peek a Boo) course, Educational Kits×6”,
•
6 Educational Kits which consist of DVDs and toys are included within the package.
•
The DVD Region Code is 2 and the DVD Format is NTSC. In some devices may not be able to play these DVDs.
•
The kits will be dispatched to EU countries and Switzerland only, on payment of the first subscription fee. These kits will
be delivered by courier service, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your goods. You may need to pay duty
and/or tax in some areas.
•
In cases where the educational kits are out of stock, we may need to offer alternative goods.
•
This promotional offer is not open to those who are customers of Cable TV companies.
