謹啓今年も残すところあと僅かとなりましたが、会員各位におかれましてはますますご清祥のことと
お慶び申し上げます。
さて、新しい年を迎えるにあたり、シカゴ日本人会と新シカゴ日米会は下記の通り合同で新年会を開催
いたします。皆様方とともに新春を祝し、会員相互の親睦を深める楽しい会にしたいと思っております。
ゲストには日米文化交流の貢献が認められて外務大臣賞を受賞されたジャズピアニストの野毛洋子さん
をお招きします。また太鼓や音楽演奏のほか、サイレントオークション、ドアプライズなど催し物も多数
用意しております。万障お繰り合わせの上ご参加くださりますようお願い申し上げます。

毎年新年会においてはサイレント・オークションにご理解とご協力を頂きありがとうござます。
「これぞっ」という掘り出し物や皆さんが羨む貴重な一品など、新年会に相応しアイテムをお待ちしており
ます。サイレント・オークションによる収益金は NCJAA 及び CJC の活動資金として会員の皆様にお役に立つ
よう利用させていただきます。奮ってご参加下さい。
Thank you for joining Silent Auction every year. The item worth donating at the new year party such as an unopened
bottle of wine, flower vases or tea sets… Those items could be donated for the Joint New Year “Silent Auction” fund
raiser! We can accept gift certificates, sports event tickets, etc. Your donation will help NCJAA & CJC! Party goers will
have a chance to bid on their items by checking on their item of choice during the party. At the conclusion of the
bidding, the highest bidder is the winner!
Silent Auction 参加要領
1) 寄付者名（Donor’s Name）、出品物（Item）、購入価格ないし現在価値（Market Value）及び最低入札価格
（Minimum Starting Bid）をご記入の上、新年会参加費小切手とともに返送してください。Please fill out the
“Silent Auction Bid Sheet”: The item, your name in the (Donated by) section, the estimated Market Value amount and
the recommended Starting Bid. Please return with your check.
2) 大きなもの、数の多いものは早めに受付ます。当日の準備をスムースにするため下記（Chocolatines）まで
事前にお持ち込み下さるようご協力下さい。We accept an early check-in especially for larger item or item with
large number of pieces at following place:

3) 新年会当日の Door Open は 11:00a.m.ですがサイレントオークション準備の都合上 9:30a.m.より出品物を受
け付けます。早めにお持ちくださるようご協力下さい。サイレントオークションのご質問は CJC 三好（Tel:
847-593-1633）までお願いします。We would appreciate it if you could bring your item to the New Year Party on
January 10th, 2015 before 11:00a.m, if possible. If you have any questions about the Silent Auction, please contact Ms.
