月次決算時の仕分け指示（売上/売掛金、費用計上/買掛金、引当計上、編集コストの仕掛、コスト計上）
四半期レポートの作成
販売卸売業者との売掛金残高の精査
年間予算の計画と各部門との調整（売上、コスト、マーケティング費用）
月締め、予算計画時には様々な部門と話をしながらスケジュールを調整
毎週の雑誌販売部数報告（海外へ）
