3,2.6.インヒピタ-の測定方法.測建頻度
インヒビターの測定頻度は.一過性インヒピタ-の検出等に影響を与え,インヒピターの発
生率の検討に影響を与える.また,現在実施されているインヒピター試験は1施設によってイ
ンヒピタ-陽性と判定する基準が異なっており,測定方法くベセスタ法かNijmegen法机各
施設における測定か,集中ラボによる検査かIなども発生率を比較する際に考慮されなくては
ならない.
