インターナショナルスチューデントプログラム規則保健、福祉、学業の成功のために、以下の規則に従うものとする。
留学生は必ず以下の事がらを守ること。
1.
カナダの法律を守る。
2.
飲酒をしない、もしくは医師に処方されたものを除いて薬物を摂取しない。
3.
自分が所有する車以外車は運転しない。19 歳以上の生徒が学校区のインターナショナルエジュケーション担当の学校区責任者の書面
での許可を得た場合のみ、車を所有することが許される。
4.
性行為は慎む。
5.
ナナイモ以外での一泊旅行については ISE プログラム担当者からの書面での許可を取る。19 歳以上の場合はこの厳格な規則から免除さ
れる。
6.
校則を守り、教員の指示に従い、病気になったとき以外毎日登校する。
7.
少なくとも平均点 60%の成績を維持する。
8.
ホストファミリーに敬意を払うとともに、ホームステイの規則を守り、家族の物品を損壊した時には、個人の責任で弁償する。
9.
カナダを遅くとも 7 月 1 日に出国する。ただしそれ以降の 7 月のホームステイ宿泊を個人的に手配した場合はこの限りではない。生徒
の父または母は下記に署名することにより、第 68 学校区（ナナイモ― レイディスミス）およびその職員に対し、7 月 1 日から 8 月下旬
にナナイモに到着して新学年度のホームステイに復帰するまでの間、お子さんに対する責任を免除するものとする。
上記の規則に違反した場合、インターナショナルスチューデントエジュケーションプログラムから退学処分となり、留学生
は交通費自己負担で即刻日本へ送還となり、カナダ移民省へその旨通知します。
払戻し規定
1.
申込み事務手続き費は払戻しいたしません。
2.
払戻し依頼は必ずすべて書面で提出してください。
3.
カナダ移民省から就学許可証の発給を拒否された場合にのみ、申込み事務手続き費を除いた全額を返金いたします。この払戻しを受ける
には、カナダ移民省発行の拒否状を証拠として学校区に提出してください。
4.
プログラムの開始前に申込みを取り消す場合、事務手続き費 $500 を差し引いた残りの授業料を返金いたします。
5.
プログラム開始後最初の１ヵ月以内に自主退学する場合、授業料の 50% を返金いたします。
6.
プログラム開始後１ヵ月以上を経過した場合、授業料の返金はいたしません。
7.
上記のインターナショナルスチューデントエジュケーションプログラムの規則に違反したため ISE プログラムから退学処分となった場
合は、授業料の返金はいたしません。
8.
生徒の側の深刻な問題行動により 2 つのホームステイがうまくいかずに、結果的にプログラムから退学処分となった場合は、授業料の返
金はいたしません。
9.
次年度も留学を許可された場合、次年度の授業料の内金として納入した額は払戻しいたしません。
10. 正式な入学許可書の発行後から授業料を納入した学年度の９月 30 日以前に、留学生の入国ステータスが変更になった場合、事務手続き
費 $500 を差し引いた残りの授業料を返金いたします。
11. 授業料を納入した学年度の 2 月 30 日以降に留学生の入国ステータスが変更になった場合、授業料の返金はいたしません。
12. 学期の途中で ISE プログラムから退学処分を通告されたり、自らの都合で退学する場合、未使用のホームステイ代は返金されます。
13. ブリティッシュコロンビア州の法律が適用されます。

International Student Education Program Rules
For the health, welfare, and academic success of the student, the following rules are to be obeyed.
The student must:
1. abide by the laws of Canada.
2. not drink alcoholic beverages or use drugs or medications unless prescribed by a doctor.
3. not drive any motor vehicle other than his/her own. Only students 19 years of age are permitted to own a car, with
written permission from the District Principal--International Education.
4. abstain from sexual intercourse.
5. obtain written permission from ISE Program staff for overnight trips outside of Nanaimo. Only students 19 years of age
are exempt from this strict rule.
6. abide by school rules, obey teachers, attend school daily unless ill.
7. maintain at least a 60% average in studies.
8. show respect for the host family, abide by homestay rules, and pay for any damage that s/he incurs in the home.
9. depart from Canada on July 1 at the latest, unless private arrangements have been made for homestay
accommodation for a later July departure. The signature below indicates that the natural parent absolves School
District 68 (Nanaimo-Ladysmith) and its employees of all responsibility for the student after July 1 until the student's
late August arrival in Nanaimo and return to the homestay for the new school year.
Infractions of any of the above rules may result in dismissal from the International Student Education Program,
immediate return to the home country at the expense of the student, and notification to Immigration Canada.

The Application Processing Fee is non-refundable.
All requests for refunds must be in writing.
A full refund of all fees except the Application Processing Fee will be paid only if a Study Permit is refused by
Immigration Canada. In order to receive this refund, the student must submit to the School District a letter of rejection
from Immigration Canada authorities as proof of the refusal.
A full refund of tuition will be paid minus a $500 administration fee if the student cancels his application prior to the
start of his/her program.
A 50% refund of tuition will be paid if the student withdraws prior to the end of the first month of his/her program.
No refund of tuition will be paid if the student completes the first month.
No refund of tuition will be paid if the student is dismissed from the ISE Program due to violation of the rules of the
International Student Education Program, as set out above.
No refund of tuition will be paid if the student is unsuccessful in two homestays due to serious problematic behaviour
on the part of the student and is therefore expelled from the Program.
The Tuition Deposit paid by a returning student against the tuition for the following school year is non-refundable.
A full refund of tuition will be paid minus a $500 administration fee if the student’s immigration status changes after the
Official Letter of Acceptance has been issued but prior to September 30 of the year for which the tuition has been paid.
No refund of tuition will be paid if the student’s immigration status changes after September 30 of the year for which
the tuition has been paid.
If a student withdraws or is dismissed from the ISE Program and does not complete his/her program, the balance of
the homestay fees will be refunded upon request.
The laws of the Province of British Columbia apply.
