数の学生が、1セメスター期間または1年間、
交換留学生として在籍し、それぞれの大学
の授業を履修する制度です。

5. 出願資格
回生：派遣時に2回生後期（第4セメスター）以上
最終セメスターでの留学はできませんので注意して下さい。
※早期卒業登録学生の場合、第6セメスターで卒業する場合は第6セメ
スターに留学することはできません
• 3回生編入生は出願できません。
• 2回生編入生は、編入直後の募集へは出願できません。
•
修得単位数：セメスター×14単位以上
※出願時5セメスター生の場合：5×14=70単位以上修得予定
成績：通算GPA=2.50以上
言語運用能力：
• RU: 十分な日本語能力（日本語上級ＩＩ終了程度）
• AIU： TOEFL500以上（ITP可）

5. Application Qualifications
Current year：Applicants must be in their 4th semester or above at
the time of departure.
※ Students are not permitted to participate in this program in the
semester that they are scheduled to graduate (including Accelerated
Program Students).
※3rd-year transfer students cannot apply.
※2nd-year transfer students cannot apply immediately after they enroll.
Current numbers of completed credits：

※I.e. students in their 5th semester must have obtained 70 credits or
more (5th semester×14=70)
Cumulative GPA：

Language Requirements：

RU：Sufficient Japanese Ability (complete Advanced Japanese II)
AIU：TOEFL score of 500 or higher (TOEFL ITP is acceptable)
※It is recommended that students complete all required language subjects
before going on exchange.

6. 学費・その他諸費用
Tuition and other fees
APUの学費を納付
請求時期、納付締切は現行通り
派遣先大学の学費は免除
宿舎(寮費など)、その他の諸費用は個人負担
Exchange students must pay Tuition Fees at APU.
Billing and payment dates will remain as present.
The tuition for host university will be waived.
Exchange students are responsible for their own
accommodation, associated costs, and other fees.

7. 住居 - 立命館大学

立命館大学生活協同組合の紹介も可能
※BKCに留学する学生に限り、ＢＫＣ国際寮への入居が可能です。
（ただし、部屋に空きがある場合のみ。入居募集は派遣決定後に行います。）
※「住宅総合補償制度」により、国際学生がアパートを借りる際に大学が保証人
になることが可能です。
※その他住居の情報は随時お伝えいたします。
Students need to find accommodation on their own!
Housing information will be provided by RU Co-op.
※Those who are going to BKC are eligible to apply for BKC International
Dorm. (If there are rooms remaining for APU students.)
※Comprehensive Renter’s Insurance:
Student Office can act as the guarantor for international students .
※Other details regarding accommodation will be provided as needed.

水道光熱水費について：
※グローバルヴィレッジの水道光熱費は、部屋代に含まれていないため、別途支払うこと。
水道光熱費は、水道と電気代のみ（平均1ヶ月約10,000円程度/一人）。
給湯は電気温水器使用。
※こまち寮の水道光熱費は、部屋代に含まれている。
食事について：
※グローバルヴィレッジの部屋では調理可能（ただし調理器具は各自準備のこと）。
※こまち寮の部屋では、調理禁止（共同キッチンの利用可能）。
また、カフェテリアやカレッジカフェにて、現金払いで食事可能。
★ミールプランでは1日3食の寮生メニューが提供される（ただし、行事等で提供されない日もある）。
★学期（112,000円）または2週間（14,000円、入寮日から2週間）のミールプランを必ず選択。2
週間のミールプランを選択した場合、終了後は各自で食事をとること。
寝具について:
敷布団、掛け布団、毛布、枕、それぞれのカバー（シーツ）・・・合計8点
その他：
※こまち寮・グローバルヴィレッジともに、インターネット接続可能（無料）。
※こまち寮・グローバルヴィレッジともに、敷地内のコイン式ランドリールーム使用可能 (24時間)。

Water & Electricity:
※In Global Village, water and electricity fees are billed. Hot water is
provided by electric water heater. (Approx. 10,000yen/month)
※In Komachi Hall, water and electricity fees are included.
Meals:
※In Global Village, it is possible to prepare meals inside the dorm rooms,
however students must bring their own kitchen utensils.
※In Komachi Hall, it is not possible to prepare meals inside the dorm
rooms, but communal kitchen is available. Meals are also available at
the cafeteria and College Cafe.
★In the Meal Plan, students are able to have 3 meals per day. (Meals might not
be provided during the school events.)
★Students have to choose Semester Plan (112,000 yen) or 2 weeks Plan
(14,000 yen). ※2 weeks Plan: from the first day at dorm.

Mattress, comforter, blanket, pillow and various covers (sheets) ・・・8 piece set

※A self-service laundry room is available for 24 hours at both dorms.

8. 奨学金
Scholarships
APU減免奨学金（国内・国際とも）の継続受給については、交換
留学開始直前セメスター期の成績が継続審査基準を満たして
いることが前提です。
奨学金に関する詳細は、各自でスチューデント・オフィスに問い
合わせてください。
To receive APU Tuition Reduction (both domestic &
international students), students will be screened based on
the academic results of their previous semester before
going to exchange.
Please make inquiries at Student Office for more
information about scholarships.

9. 履修可能科目および単位数 - 立命館大学
Courses Available and Credits - RU

出願した学部が提供する科目以外の受講は、原則認められない。
講義科目、および小集団科目の受講を認める。（但し、受講制限科目があります。）
回生配当の縛りはない。
英語開講の講義は若干あるのみ。
国際インス、文理総合インス科目は、RUインス所属学生の登録が優先。
受講定員や本人の学修履歴、あるいは学修計画などにより、派遣学部において履修
科目登録時に個別指導を行う。
Courses/subjects

Exchange Students can not take courses outside of their host colleges.
Exchange students are able to take small-group lecture courses. (There
are some restricted subjects).
Exchange students are able to register lectures from any kinds of grade
level.
Only a small number of classes are taught in English.
RU institute students have priority when registering for Institute subjects.
Individual guidance will be provided during the course registration
period, in accordance with the class registration limit, students’ personal
academic history and study plan.

Exchange students are able to register lectures from any kinds of grade
level.
All subjects are taught in English. ※Only a small number of classes are

＜注意事項＞
RUでは英語開講科目がほとんどありません。日本語基準学生は、
英語開講科目を計画的に履修して下さい。
出願した学部が提供する科目以外の受講は、原則認められません。
1セメスターにつき20単位程度の登録を推奨します。
In RU, most courses are offered in Japanese. So Japanese
basis students need to take subjects taught in English
systematically.
Exchange students can not take the courses outside of their
host colleges.
Students are recommended to take approximately 20 credits
per semester.

10. 事前指導

派遣推薦者決定後、派遣先での学修に必要な指導
をＡＰＵにおいて行います。
個別相談がある場合は、アカデミック･オフィスまでお
越しください。
After selection, detailed information will be
provided to the participants.

11. 単位認定 Credit Transfer
RUまたはAIUで修得した単位は、在学中の全ての単位認定を含め、60単位を
上限として認定します。
同一内容と認められる科目について
原則としてＡＰＵの設置科目名で認定を行なう。
APUの設置科目として読み替えができない科目について
「○○分野」として分野名認定を行なう。
※留学先の正規課程において修得した科目のうち、本人からの申請に基
づき、教学部にて審査を行なった上で単位認定を行ないます。
The maximum number of credits a student is able to transfer back to APU,
including all credit transfers during their time at APU, is 60
Subjects considered same as those offered at APU
They can be transferred as APU subjects.
Subjects with no relation to those offerred at APU
They can be transferred as 「Subject Field」.
※Credit transfer will be determined by Academic Affairs based on
students’ application.

単位数
• 原則として、留学先で修得した単位は全て認定可能。ただし、APUの開講科
目と全く関連性のないもの（体育、芸術など）の単位認定は原則として行な
いません。
• 単位認定の上限はAPUの履修科目登録上限単位数に准ずる。
※登録上限単位数については学生ハンドブックP89～90参照

• 言語運用能力、志望理由、成績（GPA）などの提出書類、
および面接によって総合的に選考します。
※ただし、APUの学生がRU理工学部において履修する場合は、APUにお
ける選考を踏まえて、理工学部で最終的な選考が行なわれます。
