The mixing unit blends the high temperature water supplied by the boiler with the low temperature water returning from the radiant circuits, thus lowering the water temperature to the required design value. La pompa (G), sezionata dalle valvole a sfera (F), favorendo la miscelazione dei fluidi, garantisce la prevalenza nei circuiti del pannello radiante. Il termostato di sicurezza (H) interviene elettricamente sulla pompa, spegnendola, in caso di superamento del valore prefissato (55°°°°°°C). L’acqua miscelata alla temperatura desiderata e’ cosi’ì indirizzata al collettore di mandata (N) dell’impianto a pavimento. Il detentore (O) permette il bilanciamento dell’impianto regolando il passaggio dell’acqua proveniente dal collettore di ritorno (N) e diretto alla caldaia (P). Un by-pass (R), opzionale, garantisce sempre una portata minima salvaguardando la pompa di circolazione e riducendo eventuali problemi di rumorosita’. Completano il gruppo la valvola di carico/scarico dell’impianto (L) e la valvola di sfiato automatica (M). The hot water [A] coming from the boiler is mixed by the thermostatic valve [B} with warm water coming back from the floor heating system to reach the required temperature setted on handle [C] and checked by the immersion probe [E]. The pump [G], which can be shutted off by the ball valves [F], contributes mixing and garantee the underfloor heating circuit flow rate. The safety thermostat [H] switch off the pump in case of temperature higher than settled value (generally 55°C). The water mixed, at the desired temperature, is sent to the delivery manifold [N]. The lockshield [O] allow the balance of the system by regulating the water flow coming back from the return manifold [N] and direct to the boiler [P]. The by-pass [R], optional, allows to have the minimum flow necessary to keep the pump in safe condition and to reduce the noise. The system is complete with the drain valve [L] and the air vent [M].
