Drawing, Classification Neighboured five year age groups with small numbers of participants may be put together for drawing and speed skating in the competition (in these combined age groups the age group of each skater will be written behind his/her name in the protocol). The classification however will be done separately in 5 year age groups independent of the number of participants in an age group. The winner of a distance in his/her age group is the skater who has completed successfully that distance and has obtained the time in his/her 5 year age group. Recommendation to the competitor The competitor is recommended to overtake another competitor in the speed skating competition only at the outside if both are in the same track. That minimizes the danger of accidents. There is no ISU Rule that a skater who will be overtaken in a track has to go to the outside of the track. Overtaking takes place very often in races with quartet start. Prizes and Results All participants, who skate successfully the competition without disqualification, obtain a certificate, a medal and a protocol with the results including starting times, lap times, accumulated lap times and end times. Doping control Doping test may be made in accordance with ISU Rule 139. Liability The Italian Ice Sports Federation or Ice Rink Pinè S.r.l. or the International Masters’ Speed Skating Committee (IMSSC) is not liable in any case for skaters and accompanying persons according to ISU Rule 119. 2 of 3 ver.1.2 Schedule Friday, 5 Dec 2014 14:00 - 18:00 19:00 20:00 Payment of the Entrance Fee Welcome Drink Common Supper Ice Rink Piné Hotel Olimpic Hotel Olimpic Training Drawing Competition start 1st day Ice Rink Piné Ice Rink Pinè Ice Rink Piné Training Competition start 2nd day Prize giving ceremony Ice Rink Piné Ice Rink Piné Ice Rink Piné Saturday, 6 Dec 2014 09:00-12:00 11:00 15:00 Sunday, 7 Dec 2014 8:00-9:30 10:00 30 minutes after competition end Free training hours are available during the week before the competition.
