The VR/4 1TL is a machine appositively planned to have a
complete automation of packaging lines.
The machine makes the vertical strap of palletized units with
different Heights, thanks to the strapping head that get on the
top of pallet throught a device that provides even the strapping
cycle in the same time.
The strap tensioning happens through a special dynamometric
device that guarantees the best exploitation of the strap
elasticity.
The Electric Control Panel and the Keyboard Operator are both
with an elevate protection IP degree: all connections are clearly
identified and numbered according to the CEI rules. The
apparatus is realized for an alternatively manual and automatic
function: all main functions are signalised by light signals; the
setting of the automatic programm denies any manual
accidental intervention.

can be equipped with such a system to fit corrugated Edge
Boards on the corners to be strapped.
Such protections are in pre-folded cardboard and can have

The OR/4 - Toroidal is a strapping machine appositively planned to have a
complete automation of packaging lines; it makes the horizontal strapping of
coils, making one or more straps passing through the coil centre. The strap
tensioning happens through a special dinamometric device that guarantees the
best exploitation of the strap elasticity.
The machine is equipped with two retractable swords with automatic research
of the coil centre and has at disposal an approaching system of the strapping
head to improve the strap tension.

The curtain wrapping machine AVO/T has a very heigh production
capacity, it has been planned to have the maximum save of film
thanks to a system that guarantees the mechanic functioning
reducing at the minimum level the possibility of eventual
mulfunctions. This machine can be used in those cases where the
product to be wrapped has a fixed Height with eventual variations
for the basis dimensions (width or length).
The product to be wrapped moves in front of a pre-welded film
curtain, unwinding 2 coils at vertical axis setted at the extremities of
the machine's sides. During the unwinding process the film passes
through 2 rolls that, thanks to a gears system, it is pre-stretched.
When the product stops after the passage through the machine, the
welding bars close welding it, afterwards the film is cutted.
Such a system is indicated for an eventual clear advertise press
action on the 4 sides of the product.

The MF/B is a Top Sheet dispenser, appositively studied
to enable the deposit of a polythene film in the upper part
of every type of packages. The deposit happens through
the unwinding process of the coil thanks to some
pneumatic clamps mechanically moved.
The Loads Height is detached through photocells abling
so a complete automatic function. The frame is
constituted by steel tubes through which the unwinding
and cutting film frame slides vertically.
The coil can be fitted at the feet of the machine or for
necessity on the unwinding frame.

The MF/P is a Top Sheet applicator, like a bridge,
appositively studied to enable the automatic deposit of a
polythene film in the upper part of every type of packages
to be wrapped. The machine is fitted across the conveyor
to speed the ways of use; the film deposit happens during
the passage of the package, which dimensions of Length
and Width, are detached through photocells.
The frame is constituted by steel tubes through which the
unwinding and cutting film frame slides vertically.
If there is necessity, the machine can be equipped with 2
coils of different dimensions, in this way there is the
possibility to cover a higher quantity of packages with

The PS/84 1TL , is a strapping machine at one head
appositively planned to a complete automation of the
packaging lines.
The machine is equipped with autodimensioning guides that
enable the throwing of the strap at different Heights, in this way
strapping times are shorter.
In case the machine strap both burdens and pallets, the same
is equipped with strap guides changing and retractable sword,
enabling in this way the strapping through the pallet bottom; the
strap feeding can be both automatic or semi-automatic, this

The PS/84 1T , is often applied in corrugated industries to strap onduled, fustelled cardboard and boxes;
for this reason the machine can be equipped with a system that enables the installation of small
cardboard pieces between the strap and the package. The small cardboard installer device automatically
search, during the strapping cycle, the package's Width, inserting in this way the small cardboard pieces
on the package's edges, avoiding any possible damage of the strap on the material.
The PS/84 2TL's function is similar to the one of the PS/84-1T,
but it reduces the cycle time.
The machine can be fitted with all the devices of the machine
at single head, with the difference that such machine can be
equipped with the long cardboard installer device.

This special hermetic wrapper has been appositively
planned to wrap big packages
(mm. 2500x3200x3200 H.)
Its function is equal to the hermetic classic wrapper. The
machine's frame, differently from the AVO/MF, is
constituted by 04 very strong steel columns and an upper
tubes frame that supports the rotating movement group.
The cutting system is integrated with some bumpings with
resistance that enable the film welding without any
damage to the wrapped material.

Loading System
Every roll conveyor is equipped with manual start, in this way the traslation shuttle can be
recovered, enabling in this way the package carriage on the main packaging line . The
passage shuttle area is equipped with protection bars that, at request, can be open letting in
this way the forklift trucks passage. On the last Roll conveyor before the line infeed, the
package is weighed and the operator insert all the datas inside the control system of the line.
Front and Longitudinal Centering Device
This machine is built with steel boxed frames, very solid and stable it enables the centrage of every
type and dimensions packages. It is even equipped with a roll conveyor with lifting unit that enables
in this way even the small packages (till 150 m) to be centered on all sides.
Wrapping Machine
Turning Arm Wrapping Machinewith film strip lower device with pre-settled Height, cutting ansd
welding film system with heater, mobile film clumps with package research, partialized lifter for
different measures packages, top pressor for load stabiliser.
Labellers with Lifter
In this area the package is stamped on all 4 sides by labellers actioned pneumatically and
controlled by a computer that checks the status and manages the datas. For a better
function a screw lifter has been adjuncted, this brings the packages at the right Height to be
stamped.
Vertical Strapping Machine with Skids Applicator
This machine enables the vertical strapping and the positioning of the wood skids
beneath the packages. There are 15 different type of skids that are automatically chosen
aftre the setting of the datas by the user in the infeed part of the line.
Before the strapper there is a roll conveyor with cross lifter that rotates the packages
abling the machine to make a cross strap.
After the VR there are 02 chain conveyors that can be lift up and can move according
to the strapping type that has to be made on the package.
