P1: Dosatore pneumatico manuale adatto per l’erogazione di prodotti densi e liquidi. Può essere fornito come singolo modulo da applicare su impianto del cliente, può essere fornito con base da banco o con telaio su rotelle per poterlo spostare comodamente all’interno del reparto produttivo. L’alimentazione del prodotto può essere realizzata tramite collegamento diretto a pompa dell’Utilizzatore oppure tramite serbatoio da circa 30 lt collegato direttamente alla valvola del dosatore. La velocità di produzione è direttamente legata alla tipologia del prodotto, al tipo di contenitore ed all’abilità dell’operatore. Produzione : in base ad abilità operatore Range di dosata : 5 – 24 cc. / 12 - 60 cc. / 25 – 380 cc. / 40 – 690 cc. / 100 – 1.470 cc. It can be supplied as a single device to be applied onto the customer's equipment, it can be provided with the bench base or structure on wheels so as to move it easily inside the production department. The feeding of the product can be obtain through direct connection to the user’s pump or via a hopper of approximately 30 litres directly connected to the valve of the doser. The production speed is directly related to the type of product, the type of container and the operator's skill. Production : according to the operator’s skill. Dosing range : 5-24 cc. / 12-60 cc. / 25-380 cc. / 40-690 cc. / 100-1.470 cc. Available accessories: hopper with external chamber for recirculating water to maintain product temperature, product stirrer in the hopper, nozzle for filling from the bottom (for foam products)
