Questo banco trafila di precisione permette la trafilatura e calibratura interna ed
esterna di profilati di canna saldata, attraverso l’uso di trafile. L’operatore inserisce
l’estremità del tubo nel foro della trafila desiderato, quindi l’afferra saldamente con le
pinze. Il movimento delle pinze è regolato da un motore potente e controllato attraverso un comando a pedale. Il banco trafila è fornito di variatore di velocità e di un
freno elettromeccanico che ferma il movimento quando il pedale viene rilasciato. La
struttura molto solida e il doppio sistema di tenaglie per l’estrazione dell’anima in ferro
o rame, rendono questa macchina un prodotto molto affidabile e preciso per la produzione dell’industria orafa. La macchina, su richiesta, può essere dotata di aspi trainanti che permettono di trafilare matasse di tubi pieni in vari diametri e forme.
This precise draw bench allows the drawing of tubes into the required shape and thickness, by using draw dies. The operator inserts the tip of the tube in the desired hole,
then he firmly grabs the tube tip with the pliers. The movement of the pliers is driven
by a powerful motor and controlled by pressing a foot pedal. The bench is equipped
with a speed variator and an electrical brake which stops the pliers when the pedal is
released. A very easy-to-use control board gives to the operator all the options. Its
sturdy construction and the double plier system for the removal of the inside copper
core when high precise tubes are required, make the draw bench a very fine and reliable product for the gold industry. The machine, on request, can be equipped with wire
spools for the drawing of wires of different diameter and shape.
