Il marchio Edilstrade nasce
il 23 settembre 1947 come
Cooperativa Reduci srl per
diventare dopo pochi anni
Edilstrade srl.
Sono i primi anni dell’Italia
del dopoguerra e del
fervore derivante dalla
necessità di ricostruzione.
In questo particolare
contesto storico ed
economico assume grande
importanza il settore
delle opere pubbliche.
Edilstrade coglie da subito
l’opportunità offerta dal
periodo, estendendo la
propria area di intervento
all’intero territorio
nazionale.
La riconosciuta
professionalità ed
esperienza nel settore,
fanno sì che la società
inizi ad ampliare il proprio
raggio d’azione all’edilizia
industriale, commerciale e
residenziale.
In the following years the trend has become
so relevant to be considered as important
as the original specialization in the public
works.
Edilstrade begins to diversify its production
and starts working in all Europe: the brand
is then transformed in Edilstrade Buinding
in 2002. The brand marks the multivalent
and qualified professionalism of the
company.
Edilstrade brand was born on the 23 September 1947, when it was
called Cooperativa Reduci; a few years later it became Edilstrade Srl.
This happened after the First World War a period of heat linked to
the need to build all new.
In this particular historical and economic framework, the field of
public works begins to have a great importance.
Edilstrade seizes the opportunity offered by this historical moment
and it starts working on the whole national territory.
The professional competence and the experience on the field,
bring the company to widen its range of action to the industrial,
commercial and residential building trade.

ed estero in diversi settori su committenza di
soggetti pubblici e privati.
Edilstrade Building è certificata dai maggiori
organi del settore avendo ricevuto l’attestazione
SOA n. 10648/10/00.
Edilstrade Building opera in regime di qualità
certificata secondo le UNI EN ISO 9001:2008,
si occupa di edilizia civile ad uso residenziale,
terziario, commerciale e industriale, oltre che
di restauro di beni immobili sottoposti a tutela
della Sovrintendenza, opere infrastrutturali ed
impianti tecnologici.
Si affida alla professionalità di architetti,
ingegneri, geometri e operai specializzati in forza
all’azienda, avvalendosi delle più moderne ed
avanzate tecniche edili e di materiali di qualità.
Edilstrade Building è da sempre sensibile al
problema delle fonti rinnovabili ed al rispetto
dell’ambiente. Per questo motivo, l’energia
utilizzata nei suoi cantieri viene prodotta in
proprio, grazie ad un grande impianto fotovoltaico
installato presso il proprio centro operativo.

Edilstrade Building is certified by the most important organs
of the field and it obtained the SOA certification
N.10645/10/00.
Edilstrade Building works according to the certified
quality UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Above all it deals with civic, residential, tertiary commercial
and industrial, building trade, but it deals also with the
restoration of real properties which are under the guardianship
of the Superintendence, infrastructural works and
technological implants.
It works together with qualified architects, engineers, building
surveyors, and specialized workers and it uses modern and new
building techniques and materials of the best quality.
Edistrade Building has always been very sensible to the problem
of the renewable fonts and the respect of the environment.
This is the reason why the energy used on its yards, is
self produced, thanks to a photovoltaic implant present
on its operative base.
