nuove vie e progettare percorsi alternativi con l’obiettivo
di perfezionare l’esistente e allargare il target di riferimento
assecondando le moderne tendenze. È con queste premesse
che il sistema “tuttovetro” ideato da Henry glass si rinnova
ed amplia la sua proposta con la gamma di vetri temperati
stratificati. Come degli abiti confezionati su misura, i nuovi
vetri — trasparenti o satinati, rif lettenti, laccati satinati
o perlati — possono essere applicati su tutte le linee e su
tutti i prodotti garantendo la massima personalizzazione.

tempered glass. Like clothes made to measure,

Interamente realizzato in azienda, il processo di stratificazione
del vetro avviene assemblando due lastre di vetro temperato
(5 mm) con intercalari plastici (Etilene vinil acetato – EVA)
trasparenti, satinati o colorati. Il vetro temperato stratificato
è la soluzione che offre la migliore garanzia in termini di
sicurezza per porte o vetrate senza struttura portante (tuttovetro).
La versatilità del processo di stratificazione va ad aumentare
la gamma di vetri proposti da Henry glass consentendo
di scegliere tra un’ampia varietà di prodotti con prestazioni
di: sicurezza anti-infortunio, facilità di pulizia, protezione
UV e migliore controllo acustico.

Tempered stratified glass. Entirely made
at the company facilities, the glass stratification
process is done by assembling two panes of
tempered glass (5 mm) with plastic interlayers
(Ethylene vinyl acetate — eva) clear, frosted
or colored. The tempered stratified glass is
the solution that provides the best guarantee
in terms of safety for doors or windows
without supporting structure (tuttovetro).
The versatility of the stratification process
will increase the range of glass panes proposed
by Henry glass allowing to choose from
a wide variety of products characterized
by: anti-accident safety, ease of cleaning,
uv protection and better noise control.
Le verre trempé feuilleté. Entièrement réalisé
dans notre usine, le processus de feuilletage
du verre consiste en l'assemblage de deux plaques
de verre trempé (5 mm) avec intercalaires
plastiques (Éthylène-acétate de vinyle — EVA)
transparent, dépoli ou coloré. Le verre trempé
feuilleté est la solution off rant les meilleures
garanties en termes de sécurité pour les portes
ou fenêtres sans structure portante (tuttovetro).
La polyvalence du processus de feuilletage augmente

Il caratteristico effetto riflettente di questi vetri,
abbinato a satinature e colorazioni, consente di ottenere
risultati estremamente interessanti per l’interior-design.

sia per il vetro trasparente che per quello con
effetto satinato; la riflettenza è posta solo su

it diffuses the light and protects the privacy
of the interior. The characteristic reflective
effect of these glass panes, paired with
frosted finishes and colors, allows to
obtain interesting results for interior-design.

Vetro stratificato laccato satinato o perlato:
Intro: il vetro laccato satinato si evidenzia per il particolare
effetto vellutato e setoso al tatto. Il vetro laccato perlato
invece, dalla caratteristica colorazione metallescente
e dai riflessi brillanti, nasce dall’impiego di particolari
“perle” di metallo mescolate al pigmento.
Specifiche tecniche: effetto opacità totale; colori
inalterabili nel tempo perché applicati sulla
superficie interna del vetro; per garantire la massima
personalizzazione tutti i vetri laccati sono bifacciali quindi
è possibile abbinare sui due lati della lastra tinte laccate
lucide, laccate satinate, laccate perlate o specchi.

Intro: the satin lacquered glass stands out for
the particular velvety and silky effect to the touch.
Lacquered pearly glass, instead, with its characteristic
iridescent coloring and bright reflections, is obtained
through the use of special metal “pearls” mixed with pigment.
Specifications: total opacity effect; unalterable colors
because applied to the inner surface of the glass;
for maximum customization, all lacquered glass panes
are double-sided so you can match glossy lacquered
colors, satin lacquered colors, pearly lacquered colors
or mirrors on both sides of the plate.

effet velouté tout particulier et soyeux au toucher. Le verre
laqué nacré en revanche, caractérisé par une coloration effet
métallique et des reflets brillants, est obtenu en utilisant
des “perles” spéciales en métal mélangées à des pigments.
Caractéristiques techniques: un effet opaque intégral et des
couleurs inaltérables dans le temps grâce à leur application sur
la face interne du verre; afin de garantir une personnalisation
maximum, tous les verres laqués sont à double-face permettant
d'adapter des teintes laquées brillantes, laquées dépolies,

To calculate the price of a door in tempered
stratified glass of the News 2014 collection
the eCad Henry glass graphical configurator
can be used, as well as the paper price list
rev. 9.0/2012 or rev. 9.1/2013. Depending
on the type of door you want (swing, double
opening, disappearing, etc.) calculate the
base price of the door starting on its size;
then add the surcharge for the stratified
glass according to the table below, and
finally, if required, add the cost of the
various accessories/kit available both
