2003-2006 Ph. D. in European Social History from the Middle Ages to Contemporary History at
“Ca’ Foscari” University - Venice, (dissertation title: “Nazi Occupation and
Collaboration in Central-Eastern Ukraine: The Generalbezirk Dnjepropetrowsk, 19411944,” supervisors proff. Alberto Masoero and Andrea Graziosi); final exam held on 23
February 2007.
2007-2010 Ph. D. in Historical Studies at the School of Advanced Historical Studies of the
University of the Republic of San Marino (dissertation title: “The Shore of Expectations:
a Study on the Culture of the Ukrainian Shistdesiatnyky, 1953-1972”); supervisor dr.
