Participation in national and international research projects
In 2012, she took part in research project No. 2040 titled Good practices and pilot
projects for the health and safety of youth and women in small- and medium-sized
craft businesses: a new model of workers’ training and information, in the light of new
risks and of a new labour market, promoted by the Ministry of Labour.
In 2012, she participated in research project No. 2178 promoted by the Ministry of
Labour focusing on Organizational models, certification and qualification of
businesses: good practices for process optimization and for the selection of compliant
operators in the field of sanitation of textiles and surgical equipment.
In 2011 she is coordinator of the team for the research project, Raccolta di buone
pratiche di welfare aziendale e proposte operative, commissioned by AgustaWestland.
The project concerning collective bargaining and best practices of Welfare.
In 2010 she took part in the Elders project (Elder employees in companies
experiencing restructuring: stress and well-being), supported by the European
Community Programme for Employment and Social Solidarity PROGRESS 20072013.
In 2010 she is coordinator of the team for the research project, I modelli e gli schemi
partecipativi in eni: Quadro attuale e prospettive, commissioned by ENI S.p.A. The
project concerning Industrial relations, social dialogue, information and consultation of
workers.
In 2009 she participated in the ministerial research No. 1403 focusing on Work at
home, telework and project work: guidelines and best practices for the prevention of
risks in a comparative perspective and in the light of the Italian labour market reform,
promoted by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Policies.
Professional Skills
Research methods: in-depth knowledge of research techniques in the legal field;
analysis and interpretation of legal texts; collection of search results and presentation
through reports and scientific publications.
Teaching: she can teach in academic and higher education contexts, both in
traditional classroom and in innovative laboratorial environments, also by the mean of
web cooperative platforms such as moodle.
