SLAYER BLADES nasce e debutta sul mercato
nel 1979, traendo origine dalla competenza
e dalla passione del titolare che, dopo una
lunga esperienza maturata negli stampi per
affettatrici, decide di tradurre in realtà la propria visione imprenditoriale. Il primo stabilimento sorge ad Albizzate (VA); in seguito
l’azienda si trasferisce ad Oggiona S.Stefano (VA). La continua ricerca ed innovazione
porta l’azienda ad acquisire nuove quote di
mercato . I nuovi cicli produttivi inducono
SLAYER BLADES a costruire nel 1992 il nuovo
stabilimento a Casalbeltrame in provincia di
Novara.
SLAYER BLADES Company was founded in
1979, as creation of his owner’s competence
and passion. After the long experience he
had in the branch of moulds for slicing machines, he decided to put his business ability
into practice. The first location of the production establishment was in Albizzate (VA),
then it was transferred to Oggiona S.Stefano
(VA). The steady research and innovation allow the company to obtain additional market
shares, so SLAYER BLADES Company decides
to build a recent plant in Casalbeltrame (NO),
where the new manufacturing cycles are moved in 1992.

Il notevole incremento di efficienza dello stabilimento di Casalbeltrame ha permesso al
marchio SLAYER BLADES di imporsi sul mercato mondiale con una quota del 50% rendendolo, oggi, leader indiscusso di riferimento.

to prevail on the worlwide market with a share of 50%; this has led SLAYER BLADES to be
an absolute leader all around the world.
Forgiatura
La tecnica di produzione nota con il nome di
“metodo della forgiatura”, unita ad un rivestimento in cromo speciale, conferisce alle
lame elevate prestazioni, aumentandone la
resistenza sia alla corrosione che alla perdita
di tenuta del filo fino a tre volte rispetto alla
media.
L’obbiettivo che ci guida nella realizzazione
delle nostre lame è quello di non compromettere la qualità del prodotto affettato.

Forging system
The production method known as “FORGING
SYSTEM”, together with a special chrome coating, allows the blades to offer you high
performances, high resistance to the corrosion and a longer lifetime of the cutting edge,
up to three times more than the average. Our
goal in manufacturing of our blades is to
maintain the quality of the sliced product.

Finitura superficiale
I vantaggi che offriamo sono tangibili e garantiti dalle certificazioni dei materiali utilizzati ( 100Cr6 e C45 ) che ne garantiscono l’idoneità all’uso alimentare.
In risposta alle vostre esigenza produciamo
lame rivestite in teflon (certificate Whitford),
rendendo la lama antiaderente e adatta a
tutti quei prodotti teneri e particolarmente
viscosi.

Surface finishing
The advantages that we offer are substantial
and are guaranteed by the certifications of
the materials that we use (100 Cr6 and C45),
assuring their qualification for food employment.
In order to satisfy your requirements we produce blades with teflon-coating (under WHITFORD - Certification), that makes the blade
anti-adhering and suitable for soft and particularly viscous products.

Adatte a tutte le macchine per l’affettamento utilizzate a livello domestico
e
nella
piccola
distribuzione.
La caratteristica fondamentale di queste lame è la cromatura che rende le lame
perfettamente inossidabili nel tempo.
Compatibili con i modelli dei maggiori brand
mondiali.
lame professionali
Lame con alto rendimento di taglio, usate principalmente nelle grandi catene di distribuzione.
L’inossidabilità è la qualità necessaria per evitare il deterioramento superficiale (pitting) e
quindi la rottura della lama con conseguente
inquinamento del prodotto. Per la fabbricazione di queste lame impieghiamo acciai speciali e sinterizzati. In alcuni casi, per conferire
una maggiore inossidabilità al prodotto, li
sottoponiamo ad elettro-lucidatura chimica.

Lame con una maggiore durata, sviluppate per le necessità dei processi dell’industria agroalimentare, dove le performances
e la resa produttiva la fanno da padrone.
Lame sviluppate per un’altissima resa e ottimizzazione dell’affettamento a livello industriale.

Soprattutto nel settore alimentare, il taglio
rappresenta un processo importantissimo
all’interno della produzione del prodotto.
Ogni fermo macchina incide notevolmente
sul costo finale del prodotto affettato. Macchina e coltello formano una unità di produzione e quindi è logico estendere la qualità e
la durata degli utensili da taglio.

Blades with high cut efficiency, mostly used in big distribution chain.
To avoid metal wearing and consequently
food contamination, blades need to be inoxidizable. For our manufacturing we use special
sintered steels and, for some working steps,
we submit them to a chemical electro-polishing.
