Op jaarbasis hebben wij mogelijkheden voor een beperkt aantal trainees. Ben jij
straks één van onze trainees, dan werk je onder een vaste traineecoach (begeleiding
in persoonlijke ontwikkeling), een mentor (draagt zorg voor passende werkplek
afgestemd op leerdoelen) en werkplekbegeleiders (vraagbaak voor dagelijkse
werkzaamheden). Daarnaast ga je aan de slag met een gezamenlijke businesscase,
waarbij je aan het einde van de periode van twaalf maanden een presentatie geeft.
Tevens maak je een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan op basis van een
assessment/persoonlijkheidstest en volg je verschillende trainingen.
