De legendarische pianist Daniel Barenboim schreef niet alleen muziekgeschiedenis. Hij engageert zich ook voor de goede zaak. In het Paleis
voor Schone Kunsten geeft hij een exclusief liefdadigheidsconcert. Met
een Schubert-recital helpt hij het Global Platform for Syrian Students, een
organisatie die gevluchte studenten de kans geeft hun studies buiten Syrië
verder te zetten. Het intieme van Schubert als antwoord op oorlog en geweld. Of hoe schoonheid een hoger doel kan dienen.

Le pianiste légendaire Daniel Barenboim ne se contente pas d’écrire l’histoire de la musique mais il s’engage également en faveur de causes humanitaires. Il donne au Palais des Beaux-Arts un concert de bienfaisance exclusif. Son récital consacré à Schubert est destiné à soutenir la Global Platform
for Syrian Students, une organisation qui permet aux étudiants syriens ayant
fui leur pays de poursuivre leurs études à l’étranger. L’atmosphère intime
de Schubert en réponse à la guerre et à la violence. Ou comment la beauté
peut servir une noble cause.

The legendary pianist Daniel Barenboim made music history but he also
strongly believes in contributing to charity. That is why he will perform an
exclusive charity concert in the Centre for Fine Arts. The proceeds from
this Schubert recital will benefit the Global Platform for Syrian Students, an
organisation that gives students who fled Syria the opportunity to pursue
their studies in another country. The intimacy of Schubert as a response to
