MCSubstradd looking for a sales-manager mushroom

HAVENS NV (www.havens.nl) is a no-nonsense familyowned feed-company (100 employees), based in Maashees
(near Venray, the Netherlands) with a strong reputation for
quality and reliability.
HAVENS produces a wide range of professional animalfeeds and specialties and is a
well-known brand for horsefeed. HAVENS-products are sold to 55 countries.
One of the specialties is MCSubstradd®, a series of
slow-release supplements for the worldwide
mushroom-industry (www.mushroomsupplements.nl).
MSC-products are produced in Maashees and
exported to compost-producers in 23 countries,
especially the Benelux, Poland, eastern Europe and
north America.
To develop our worldwide MCSubstradd®-sales, we are looking for a:
Sales-Manager Supplements
if possible with knowledge of the mushroom-sector.
After a training-period, the main mission will be:
• to support and develop the MCSubstradd®-marketing;
• to develop MCSubstradd®-sales through international fairs and exhibitions
and through visits to (potential) customers across Europe (especially in
Eastern Europe) and abroad.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or agriculture (HAS/HBO/HAN);
• sound common sense (“boerenverstand”);
• team-player with good communication-skills;
• speaks dutch, english, german and polish;
• living in our region.
