Technical data
FLE is a water emulsifiable copolymer resin.

In combination with non-ionic emulsifiers NECOWEL FLE can easily be emulsified
without cosolvents and amines. The HLB value of 15,2 can be adjusted by appropriate
emulsifiers. It is recommended to use ASK-Emulgator 5240 which is especially

designed for this system. ASK Chemicals offers emulsified types of NECOWEL FLE
in combination with certain sikkatives and additives.

Impregnations and varnishes based on NECOWEL FLE show very good weather

Procedure
Charge A – D and mix homogeneously at 20 – 30 °C. Add
component E very slowly and stir carefully. Add slowly
component F (premix of water and Optigel EXM 629) and mix
homogeneously. If available use Dispax-Reactor or Ultra Turrax
for homogenization.
Remarks
As an alternative product NECOWEL FLE 55 FP can be used.

This is an emulsified version of NECOWEL FLE which contains
driers and 1 % Polyphase P 100 as fungicide.
