AGENDA-STW NUTRALL kick-off

Dear Mrs, Mr,
We would like to remind you of the kick-off meeting of the STW project entitled “Nutrition-based approach to
support antigen-specific oral immunotherapy for food allergy” (NUTRALL), to be held on October 2, 2014 in the
David de Wied building at the Utrecht Science Park.
The NUTRALL project, which is a collaboration between Nutricia Research, TNO, UMCUtrecht and departments
UIPS and IRAS of Utrecht University, aims to improve allergen-specific therapies to treat cow’s milk and peanut
allergy by using dietary non-digestible carbohydrates as possible tolerogenic substances.
At this meeting the background and future directions of the project will be presented and discussed.
