Dieses Sofa ist wie gemacht, um sich aus dem Alltag herauszudrehen und sanft in eigene Welten
einzutauchen. Äusserlich hält sich das DS-904 vom
Designerduo Nicolaus Maniatis und Thomas Kirn
zurück. Ein grosszügiges Sofa mit perfektem Sitzkomfort und ausgewogenem Verhältnis von Sitzfläche, Rücken- und Armlehnen. Leicht steht es auf
Kufen aus hochwertigem Edelstahl, fast schwebend
fügt es sich in moderne Wohnräume mit ihren
fliessenden Übergängen ein. Und das DS-904 hat
es in sich. Mit einfachen Griffen lässt sich die Sitzfläche um 90° drehen. Unabhängig davon sind auch
Rücken- und Armlehnen dreh- und schwenkbar,
so dass sich immer neue Relax-Positionen ergeben. Ob zum Lesen oder Liegen, zum Kuscheln zu

Questo divano sembra concepito appositamente
per estraniarsi dalla realtà e immergersi dolcemente
nel proprio mondo. Esteriormente, il modello DS904 dei designer Nicolaus Maniatis e Thomas Kirn
si mostra discreto. Un ampio divano assolutamente
confortevole, con un rapporto bilanciato tra seduta, schienale e braccioli. Appoggiato con leggerezza
sulla base a slitta in pregiato acciaio inossidabile, si
inserisce quasi fluttuando negli ambienti moderni
dai passaggi indefiniti. E il DS-904 non va sottovalutato. Con pochi semplici movimenti, è possibile
ruotare di 90° la seduta. Anche lo schienale e i
braccioli possono essere ruotati e inclinati in modo
indipendente, per posizioni relax sempre nuove. Il
divano DS-904 è pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza e a essere utilizzato per leggere, stendersi,
coccolare la propria dolce metà o chiacchierare
vivacemente con gli ospiti. I singoli componenti si
possono combinare formando composizioni per
grandi ambienti o intimi divani a due posti. I cuscini

designer team of Braun Maniatis Kirn is restrained: a generously-dimensioned sofa with peerless
seating comfort and a harmonious balance of seat
surface, back and armrests. Perched lightly atop
runners in the finest stainless steel, it seems almost
to hover as it blends seamlessly with the flowing interfaces of contemporary living. Within, however,
the DS-904 has plenty in store: a couple of simple
manipulations pivot the seat surface through 90°,
while both back and armrests can be independently twisted or swivelled to create a variety of new
positions for relaxing at ease. Whether it’s to read
or to lounge, to snuggle up with a loved one or
to have an animated chat with guests, the DS-904
is a sofa that makes the best of every situation.
Individual components can be combined to create
extensive seating groups as easily as intimate sofas
for two. Loose cushions form the ideal accompaniment however the sofa is used, while its elegant
details are evidence of an unswerving devotion to
quality and underline the sofa’s impeccable seating

Deze zitbank is perfect om af te schakelen van de
dagelijkse sleur en comfortabel weg te dromen in
een eigen wereld. Het uiterlijk van de DS-904, van
het ontwerpersduo Nicolaus Maniatis en Thomas
Kirn, is uitermate aantrekkelijk. Een ruime zitbank
met een optimaal zitcomfort en een perfect uitgebalanceerde verhouding tussen zitting, rug- en
armleuningen. De bank staat licht op voeten van
hoogwaardig edelstaal. Welhaast zwevend wordt
hij met zijn vloeiende overgangen in moderne woonomgevingen opgenomen. En de DS-904 heeft heel
wat te bieden. Met enkele eenvoudige handgrepen
kan de zitting 90° worden gedraaid. Onafhankelijk
hiervan zijn ook de rug- en armleuningen draai- en
zwenkbaar, zodat altijd nieuwe relax-posities kunnen worden verkregen. Om te lezen of te liggen,
om met z’n tweeën behaaglijk neer te vlijen of om
met gasten levendige gesprekken te voeren – de
DS-904 is een bank die voldoet aan alle behoeften. Op basis van afzonderlijke componenten kunnen zowel grote woonlandschappen als intieme
tweezitsbanken worden samengesteld. Losse kussens passen zich aan elk gebruik aan. Fijne details
vormen het bewijs van een optimale kwaliteit en
zorgen ervoor dat de DS-904 volledig overtuigt.

Ce canapé semble avoir été conçu pour s’évader
du quotidien et plonger en douceur dans son propre univers. Au premier abord, le DS-904 porte
la griffe du duo de designers Nicolaus Maniatis et
Thomas Kirn. Un vaste canapé au confort d’assise
optimal dont l’assise, les dossiers et les accoudoirs
présentent un certain équilibre. Reposant quasiment en suspens sur des patins en acier inoxydable
haut de gamme, il s’intègre dans des intérieurs modernes avec ses transitions fluides. Et le DS-904
fait de l’effet. De simples poignées permettent
de faire pivoter l’assise de 90°. Les dossiers et
accoudoirs pivotent et s’orientent aussi indépendamment, permettant ainsi de toujours créer de
nouvelles positions de relaxation. Que ce soit pour
lire ou se détendre, se blottir contre son conjoint
ou avoir des discussions animées avec ses invités,
le DS-904 est un canapé qui répond à tous les
besoins. Les différents éléments permettent de
composer d’importants ensembles ainsi que des
canapés intimes pour deux personnes. Les coussins
amovibles s’adaptent à tout type d’utilisation. Les
détails subtils témoignent d’une qualité supérieure.
