It is our pleasure to invite you and your team to participate in the open challenge cup Kyorugi 2015 which
will be held in Tongeren Belgium.
We hope that You all will enjoy the Championships as well as a great stay in Tongeren, the oldest town
in Belgium. We are looking forward to meet you then.
In previous years we have had the great pleasure to welcome teams from. Belgium, Austria, Australie, CZ,
Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany,Grece,Israel, Italy, Ireland, Serbia Hungary, Poland, Luxemburg,
Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Slovenia, San Marino, United Kingdom,USA.
Registration. For this event can only be made using the online subscription site TPSS. To login and

 Entry Limit In order to provide a high quality championships, the entries will be limited to no
more than 500 entries. If we reach this figure before the deadline the online registration will be
closed early. All competition area’s are with a full electronic score system. (7 areas 8x8)

Participants can only compete in one category. Categories cannot be combined.

The Organizing Committee will provide DAEDO PSS, Electronic Body Protectors,
for all categories.
Equipment: All players must provide their own Daedo sensor socks.
Players must provide all other WTF approved protective equipment
Needed Daedo sensing socks have to be bought at the Daedo booth

NOTE: Times are subject to change.
The weight limit will be determined by the criterion of one decimal from the set limit. For
example: not exceeding 24kg is defined as up to 24,0kg and 24,1kg which is defined as being
over the limit. Up until 99 grams over the weight limit is allowed.
Changes of weight classes are allowed before the official weigh-in costing € 15,00 Euro

Entry fee
For each contestant: 25 €,
Spectators: 7 € Children -10 year free.
Coach: for every 5 contestants within the same team, one coach is granted free
admission with a maximum 3 coaches. Only competitors and coaches have admittance
to the competition areas. Coaching is only allowed in sports wear all coaches must be
18 years or older !!!

Liability
All competitors are considered to participate at their own risk. The organisation crew
and the organizer assume no responsibility for any damages, injuries or losses.
Protest
Only the official coach is allowed to protest immediately after the end of the contest
an amount of € 50,- will have to be paid for each protest. The decision of the referee
chairman is final.
Licence
Belgian participants must be in possession of a valid taekwondo licence delivered by
one of the regional recognized and subsidised unisportfederations
Foreign participants must be in possession of a valid licence 2015 of a recognized
taekwondo federation that offers WTF taekwondo. No valid licence (with photo/identity
card) means no participation
