Mijn goede Turkse vriend Kemal Gencer, CEO van Bagfas, een grote producent van kunstmest in
Turkije (zie onder) is op zoek naar in Nederland opgeleide ingenieurs of HTS-ers voor zijn grote
kunstmestfabriek in Bandirma, Turkije. Hij heeft mijn hulp gevraagd bij het volgende:
De heer Gencer is al jaren zeer onder de indruk van NL opgeleide ingenieurs en HTS-ers, vooral op
het gebied van granuleren van CAN- (calcium ammonium nitraat) en AN-(ammonium nitraat)
kunstmest.
Kennelijk hebben een aantal Nederlandse chemische procesingenieurs onlangs goed werk gedaan in
Polen en Tsjechië op dit gebied.
In het kort zoek ik voor de heer Gencer contact een Nederlandse ingenieur/technicus die verstand
heeft van granuleren en die het een mooie mogelijkheid c.q. uitdaging vindt om een aantal jaren te
werken in de kunstmestfabriek Bagfas.
Het mag een jonge kandidaat zijn (mits voldoende ervaring) maar een oudere kandidaat is ook zeer
welkom. Met andere woorden: leeftijd is geen issue.
De werkplek bevindt zich in Bandirma (mooie plaats aan de Egeïsche zee) Turkije, waarbij voor een
werkvergunning en woning zal worden gezorgd.

For its existing and newly built, rapidly expanding Phosphate-, Sulphur and Nitrate acid fertilizer
production plants
located in the Turkish city of Bandirma on the Southern Aegean Coast of Turkey
The leading Turkish Fertilizer Producer Bagfas is seeking:
Experienced

Netherlands trained Chemical (Process industry) Engineers with relevant knowledge of the
process of granulation;
Netherlands trained mechanical Engineers with relevant knowledge of the process of
granulation;
Candidates are expected to:

work normal day- (and occasionally night-) shifts
Train and educate local engineers in the plant
Candidates are kindly requested to submit their CV in either English or German

Bandirma Gübre Fabrikaları A.Ş. (BAGFAS) is one of the leading and
innovative institutions in the fertilizer industry. Beginning from the
date of establishment, the Company has introduced many novelties
to the sector both in Turkey and over the world with the principle of

BAGFAS Integrated Fertilizer Plants have been located on the south
coasts of the Sea of Marmara, between Bandırma and Erdek, the two
