Algemene Spelvoorwaarden
1. Algemeen
1.1 De besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid Lucas Bols B.V.,
gevestigd te Amsterdam aan de Paulus Potterstraat 12 (hierna : Bols) organiseert in
de periode van 1 maart 2014 tot 22 juni 2014 een promotioneel kansspel, (hierna :
het spel) waarbij deelnemers onderstaande prijzen kunnen winnen.
De deelnemer verklaart door deelname aan het spel, voorafgaand daaraan, via de
Bols website (www.bols.com), dan wel anderszins van deze toepasselijke
spelvoorwaarden kennis te hebben genomen en deze te accepteren.
1.2 Bols behoudt zich het recht voor te allen tijde zonder opgaaf van reden (de
organisatie van) het spel stop te zetten of het spel en / of deze algemene
spelvoorwaarden te wijzigen. Wijziging of aanpassing van de spelvoorwaarden en
staking, wijziging of aanpassing van het spel, zal door Bols bekend gemaakt
worden via http://www.facebook.com/HouseOfBols.
1.3 Deze algemene spelvoorwaarden zijn te verkrijgen via en in te zien op
www.bols.com.
1.4 Deze actie geldt niet in combinatie met andere acties en kortingen.
2. Deelnemers
2.1 Voor deelname is een minimum leeftijd van 18 jaar vereist.
2.2 Uitgesloten van deelname aan het spel zijn werknemers van Lucas Bols B.V.,
aan haar gelieerde ondernemingen en ondernemingen waar zij met betrekking tot
het spel mee samenwerkt.
2.3 Bols heeft het recht een deelnemer uit te sluiten van het spel indien de
deelnemer onjuiste, onvolledige of misleidende gegevens heeft verstrekt of op
andere wijze fraude heeft gepleegd of heeft proberen te plegen, dan wel anderszins
strafrechtelijk of civielrechtelijk laakbaar heeft gehandeld. Door uitsluiting komt de
deelnemer op geen enkele wijze meer in aanmerking voor de prijs en de deelnemer
doet hierbij voor alsdan uitdrukkelijk afstand van enig recht om uitreiking van de
prijs te vorderen, onverminderd het recht van Lucas Bols om schade op de
deelnemer te verhalen.
Deelname aan het spel is mogelijk door in de periode van 1 maart 2014 tot en met
22 juni 2014 bij deelnemende Nederlandse slijters een fles Bols likeur 0,5L of 0,7L
of fles Bols vodka (0,7L of 1l) met Sensation actiehanger aan te schaffen.
Deze Sensation actiehanger bevat een unieke code, die op www.bols.com kan
worden geactiveerd en waarmee kans wordt gemaakt op onderstaande prijzen.
3. Communicatiekosten
Aan het spel zijn geen communicatiekosten verbonden.
4. Prijzen
4.1 Deelnemers maken kans op de volgende prijzen:

1 prijs : 4 VIP tickets + helikopter vlucht tijdens Sensation 2014(1x)
2e prijs: 2 reguliere tickets voor Sensation 2014 (10x)
3e prijs: Bols cocktail toolkit om thuis zelf cocktails te maken (10x)
De winnaars zullen door middel van een willekeurige loting (met behulp van een
onpartijdig computerprogramma of anderszins) worden aangewezen. De
hoofdprijs, de 1e prijs, zal officieel op 23 juni op www.bols.com bekend gemaakt
worden. Deelnemers die reeds een andere prijs gewonnen hebben (2e of 3e prijs)
zijn uitgesloten voor het winnen van de eerste prijs.
4.2 De prijswinnaars worden een week na de trekking van de actie op de Facebook
pagina en website van Bols gepubliceerd. Prijswinnaars ontvangen persoonlijk
bericht via email. Niet alle deelnemers worden individueel op de hoogte gesteld
van de uitslag. Over de uitslag kan niet worden gecorrespondeerd.
4.3 De prijzen zijn persoonlijk en staan op naam van de winnaars. De prijzen zijn
niet overdraagbaar of anderszins inwisselbaar of uit te keren in geld.
4.4 Bij afgelasting van Sensation 2014 kan er geen aanspraak gemaakt worden op
enige vorm van compensatie.
4.5 Bols is niet verantwoordelijk voor enige zichtbare of verborgen gebreken van
de als prijs te winnen Bols Cocktail Toolkits noch voor eventuele schade bij de
levering (verzending) van deze toolkits.
4.6 Bols zal zorg dragen voor aangifte en het (doen) inhouden van
kansspelbelasting, indien van toepassing.
5. Persoonsgegevens
5.1 Door deelname aan het spel, geeft de deelnemer Bols toestemming om zijn /
haar persoonsgegevens te publiceren op de website en op de Facebook pagina van
Bols.
6. Aansprakelijkheid en overige voorwaarden
6.1 Bols is op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk voor eventuele schade die
voortvloeit uit de deelname aan de actie, noch voor eventuele technische
storingen, gebreken of vertragingen met betrekking tot de deelname aan het spel
of de aanwijzing van de winnaars.
6.2 Bols behoudt zich het recht het spel oo
indigen. Voortijdige
beëindiging zal in beginsel bekend worden gemaakt via de website www.bols.com
en de Facebook pagina van Bols.
6.3 (Win) acties op Facebook zijn op geen enkele wijze gesponsord of verbonden
aan Facebook en Facebook is op geen enkele wijze verantwoordelijk of
aansprakelijk voor (de inhoud van) dergelijke acties, waaronder het spel.
6.4 Deze algemene spelvoorwaarden zijn opgesteld in overeenstemming met de
Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen. Klachten over deze actie kunnen worden
voorgelegd aan de Kansspelautoriteit, Postbus 209, 2501 Den Haag.
6.5 Eventuele vragen of opmerkingen kunt u stellen door te schrijven of te bellen

1. General Rules
1.1 The private company with limited liability Lucas Bols B.V., located in along the
Paulus Potterstraat 12, 1071 CZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands(hereafter: Bols)
organizes a promotional lottery (hereafter lottery) from 1st of March 2014 up to
and including 22nd of June 2014 in relation with its sponsorship of SENSATION
2014 in which participants can win prizes as listed below .
By participating in the lottery, participant declares he/she noted and accepts the
applicable lottery game rules.
1.2 At all times, Bols reserves the right to terminate the lottery and/or to change
the general lottery game rules without any further explanation. Changes or
adjustment of the lottery game rules and termination, changes or adjustment of the
lottery, will be announced by Bols at http://www.facebook.com/HouseOfBols
1.3 These general game rules are available at www.bols.com.
2. Participants
2.1 Participants must be 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of Bols and of companies affiliated with Bols are excluded
from participating in the lottery.
2.3 Bols reserves the right to exclude participants from the lottery if the participant
has submitted incorrect, incomplete or misleading information or has committed
or tried to commit fraud or otherwise has acted in a criminal or civil culpable
manner. In such a case of exclusion the participant is in no way eligible for the
prizes and participant hereby waives any right to claim a prize, while he will not
deny Lucas Bols the right to claim compensation for damages.
2.4 Participation in the lottery is possible by buying a bottle of Bols liqueur (0,5L
or 0,7L) or a bottle of Bols Vodka (0,7L or 1l) with Sensation neck hanger
between March 1st 2014 up to and including June 22nd 2014 at participating Dutch
liquor stores. This Sensation neck hanger contains a unique code which can be
activated at www.bols.com and which offers a chance to win below mentioned
prizes.
3. Prizes
3.1 Participants can win one of the following prizes:
First prize : 4 VIP tickets + helicopter flight to Sensation Amsterdam 2014 (1x)
Second prize: 2 regular tickets to Sensation Amsterdam 2014 (10x)
Third prize: A professional Bols cocktail toolkit to make your own cocktails at
home (10x)
The winners of the prizes will be determined by drawing lots.
The first prize will be announced on June 23d at www.bols.com through an
official lot drawing amongst all registered participants. Winners of the 2 nd and 3rd
prize are excluded from competing for the first prize.
3.2 The prize winners will be published a week after the end of the competition on
the Facebook page of Bols and on the Bols website. Prize winners will receive a
personal message via email. No other participants will be informed individually of
the competition results. No correspondence on the competition results will be
entered into.
3.3 Prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
3.4 In the event that Sensation 2014 is cancelled, the winner is not entitled to any
form of compensation.
3.5 Bols is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects of the Bols Cocktail
Toolkits nor is Bols responsible for any damage to these toolkits due to shipment.
3.6 Bols will see to the declaration and payment of lottery taxes when applicable.
4. Communication cost
No communication cost is associated with this game.
5. Personal information
By participating in this game the participant allows Bols to publish his/her
personal information on the website and on the Facebook page of Bols.
6. Liability and other conditions
6.1 Bols cannot be held responsible in any way for possible damages resulting
from participation in the game, nor for any technical failures, faults or delays
relating to participation in the game or appointing the winners.
6.2 Bols reserves the right to terminate the game prematurely. In principle,
premature termination will be announced on the website www.bols.com and the
Facebook page of Bols.
6.3 The general game rules have been drawn up in accordance with the Code of
Conduct Promotional Games of Chance. Complaints about this game can be

6.4 The game and these conditions are subject to Dutch Law. Disputes which
cannot be solved amicably will be submitted to the competent court of
