Donload Scilab 5.3.3 - 32 bits
Install Scilab 5.3.3 in your PC
atomsInstall('SIVP')
をコマンドとして打つ
終了後，Scilabを
再起動
Install Scilab 5.4.0
Visit http://www.scilab.org/download/5.4.0
Donload Windows - 32 bits
Install Scilab 5.4.0 in your PC
 アプリケーション- Atoms
 Image Processing を選択
Scilab Image and Video Processing toolbox を選択
 インストール（10分程度待つ）

インストール完了のメッセージ確認後
Scilab 5.4.0を再起動してください．
