①Assign To Variable 概要
・オリジナルの文字列に任意の
パラメーターもしくは、既存の項
目に代入できる機能
・変数同士の四則演算も可能
・既存の変数はボタンを押す
ことで変数リストが表示される
・オリジナルの変数は名称
は自由に設定できるが、”#,
+ , -”などの記号は使用不可
＊その場合、左図の様にコマ
ンドが赤く表示される
・Actionsのタブからドラッグ、
もしくはダブルクリックで登録

①Assign To Variable 変数リストについて
・MetaMorphの機能で、Journalの変数
として利用できる項目のリスト表示
・項目はグループごとに区分
・Current Valueが現在、その変数に
割り当てられている情報となる
・Illumination名、画像名など、
Current Valueが数値ではない
Stringsであるものは名称の前後に
“name”の様にダブルコロンで区切る
・Custom：ユーザが作成したオリジナルの変数
・Image：解像度、画像情報、画像名などの画像に関する変数
・Measurements：画像解析の結果情報
・Program：主にハードウェアの情報(露光時間、XYステージ位置等)
・Region：画像上に存在しているRegionの情報(位置、サイズ、色等)
・Objects：解析後、選択された対象物固有の解析結果

注意点：
使用可能な変数はMetaMorphの
Version更新と共に増えていくため、
新しいVersionで作成したJournalは
古いVersionのMetaMorphで起動しない
事があります

①Assign To Variable 使い方例題：露光時間を変更する
例：
カメラ撮影露光時間（変数名：
Camera.Digital.Exposure）を
100msに変更する
１．Variable欄に
ボタンから、
既存の変数をリストを表示し、
Programのリストから
Camera.Digital.Exposureを選択
2．Exressionに、数字の100を入力
3．最後に、SaveボタンでJournalを
保存し、実行することで、露光
時間が100msに切り替わる
Journal作成時はDescriptionsを選択するとJournal内容が分かりやすい

①Assign To Variable 使い方例題：露光時間を変更する
Variableで時間情報扱い時の注意点
左図のAcquireやMDAの様に時間単位
を選択可能な機能を使う場合、露光時
間の変数は数値のみであり、時間単位
(ms, sec, hour)は含まれない
時間の単位は現在変更直前の各ウィン
ドウ中の設定単位に基づく
左図の状態だと、100の数値では100ms
となる
なお、ScanSlideはmsで固定されているため、
代入数値は全てms単位となる

時間単位もJournalで指定したい場合は、
各設定ダイアログのLoad Stateコマンド
をAssign Variableの行前で実行し、あら
かじめSaveしておいたStateファイルを
Loadすれば可能

例題：
ある画像において、その画像の半分の大きさのRegion
を画像の中心に作成しなさい
Create Region機能を使う
ことで任意の大きさ、位置
にRegionが作成可能なた
め、Journalで本機能を登
録すればよいが・・・
この方法では、Regionの位置、大きさが固定値となり、
画像の解像度が異なる際に解像度ごとに別のJournal
を用意しないといけない！
解像度が変わってもその都度、位置情報、
サイズなどの変数を可変させる方法が必要！

Regionの大きさ、位置は、画像解像度によって変化する
↓
画像解像度からRegionの位置、大きさが操作できる
↓
画像解像度の変数を使って、その値をCreate Region機能の
パラメーターに上書きすれば、解像度に左右されずに目的
の大きさ、位置にRegionが作成できるかもしれない！

Select Setting To Override
対象のコマンド中のパラメーターをユーザーが指定した
変数で代入する機能
左図の場合、Create Region機能において、RegionのXY座標、
幅、高さがOverride出来る事を示す
これにより、コマンドのパラメーターを固定化せず、常に変動
する変数に置き換える事(今回の例題では解像度がそれに
該当)が可能
＊すべてのコマンドがOverride機能を有しているわけでは
無い点に注意

例題のJournal作成で必要な情報
Create Regionにおける、作成
RegionのXY座標基準位置
１．Regionの幅(Width)と高さ(Height)
ROI.Width=Image.Width / 2
ROI.Height=Image.Height / 2
2．RegionのX座標とY座標
MetaMorphでは画像に対するRegionの位置
情報は画像の左隅を(0, 0)原点としている
画像解像度の半分のサイズ
Regionの座標は画像解像度とROIのサイズで以下
の式で決める事が出来る
ROI.Xpos=Image.Width - (ROI.Width + (ROI.Width/2))
ROI.Ypos=Image.Height - (ROI.Height + (ROI.Height/2))
以上の内容をJournal Editor で作成する

①Assign To Variable 使い方変数のOverride(上書き)
最初の4行のAssign Variableにて作成される
Regionに必要な幅、高さ、XY座標の4項目に
ユーザー任意の変数を指定する
名称は分かりやすいように設定すればよいが、
既存の変数と重複しないように注意が必要
Create Regionはリストに登録すると、パラメータの入力
を求めてくるがそのままCreateボタンで適当に登録する
Select Setting to Overrideボタンを押し、対応項目に
チェックを入れた後、最初の4行で設定した変数を
それぞれのパラメーターに代入する
登録時は“Use Current Value”のチェックを外さないと
入力できないので注意
以上でJournalの作成が完了
