TRANSFORMATION OF THE ENTITY EURODEAL AGENCIA DE VALORES,
S.A, INTO SOCIEDAD DE VALORES AND CHANGE ITS COMPANY NAME TO
EURODEAL SOCIEDAD DE VALORES S.A.
Stock Exchange members with access to the Spanish Stock Exchange
Interconnection System and other interested entities and persons are hereby
informed that “EURODEAL AGENCIA DE VALORES, S.A.”, has been transformed
into “Sociedad de Valores” and has changed its company name, being its new
company name “EURODEAL SOCIEDAD DE VALORES, S.A.”. The code assigned
to the company (9424) at the Barcelona Stock Exchange Governing Bodies remains
the same.
Notice is hereby given for the appropriate purposes.
