Advertencias generales
• El aparato está construido conforme a las normativas, y su duración eléctrica será más eficiente si el mismo será usado
correctamente.
• Leer atentamente las advertencias que siguen en cuanto las mismas proveen importantes indicaciones referidas a la
seguridad de la instalación, del uso y del mantenimiento.
• Después de haber quitado el embalaje asegurarse de la integridad del aparato. En caso de duda no utilizar el aparato y
dirigirse al propio revendedor.
• Los elementos del embalaje (bolsas de plástico, etc.) no deben ser dejados al alcance de los niños en cuanto pueden ser
potenciales fuentes de peligro.
• Antes de conectar el aparato, asegurarse que los datos del fabricante respondan a aquellos de la red de distribución eléctrica
a la cual el aparato será conectado. (La etiqueta con los datos de identificación del fabricante está situada en el interior del
aparato mismo).
• Este aparato deberá ser destinado sólo para el uso para el cual ha sido expresamente concebido o sea para la iluminación
de ambientes cerrados y no húmedos, con temperatura ambiente máx. 35° C (95° F).
• Antes de efectuar cualquier operación de limpieza o de mantenimiento, desconectar el aparato de la red de alimentación
eléctrica apagando el interruptor de la instalación, y, en caso de avería, dirigirse solamente a personal profesionalmente
cualificado.
• No respetar cuanto arriba indicado puede comprometer la seguridad del aparato.
• El fabricante no puede ser considerado responsable por eventuales daños derivados de usos inapropiados, erróneos e
irrazonables.

Instrucciones para la instalación
1. Apoyar el aparato sin el embalaje en el suelo o sobre una mesa u otro plano de apoyo (fig. 1).
2. Quitar las coberturas de encastre de aluminio [B] de la base [A]; en los modelos PAR quitar preventivamente la óptica antireflejo (Atención: usar los guantes para no dañar el rendimiento luminoso de la óptica!).
3a. MONTAJE EN SUSPENSIÓN:
• Después de haber fijado a plafón la suspensión simple y la suspensión electrificada (no en dotación; ver instrucciones
relativas), colocar los respectivos soportes de acero [C] (en dotación con el accesorio), haciéndolos deslizar en las
canaletas presentes en la parte superior del módulo (fig. 2a).
• Cerrar el módulo en las dos extremidades con las dos cabezas terminales (no en dotación) aplicadas a presión.
• Antes de fijar firmemente el aparato, realizar un agujero en una de las cabezas terminales e introducir el cable de
alimentación, poniendo cuidado de asegurarlo con el prensaestopa [S].
3b. MONTAJE CON FIJACIÓN AL TECHO: (NOTA.: Solamente en el modelo luz sólo directa)
• Fijar, mediante tornillos o tacos (no en dotación), la parte [D] de las conexiones al techo (no en dotación) según la
longitud del aparato a instalar y con un inter-eje horizontal de 128 mm (fig. 4).
• Colocar los soportes de PA6 [E] (en dotación con el accesorio), haciéndolos deslizar en las canaletas presentes en la
parte superior del módulo (fig. 2b).
• Cerrar el módulo en las dos extremidades con las dos cabezas terminales (no en dotación) aplicadas a presión.
• Unir las dos partes de las conexiones al techo ajustándolas con los tornillos en dotación con el accesorio (fig. 5).
• Antes di fijar firmemente el aparato, realizar un agujero en una de las cabezas terminales e introducirle el cable de
alimentación, poniendo cuidado de asegurarlo con el prensaestopa [S].
4. Alcanzar el borne de alimentación como indicado en la figura 3.
5. Colocar entonces los terminales de la lámpara fluorescente Ø 26 en la hendidura de los portalámparas, y girarla sobre el
propio eje de aproximadamente 90° para el completo enganche (ver fig. 6); operar en manera análoga en la versión bilámpara.
6. Antes de volver a cerrar las coberturas de aluminio [B] en la base [A], asegurarse que los terminales faston de conexión a
tierra, ubicados en la base [A], estén conectados eléctricamente mediante los cablecitos amarillos/verdes [H] fijados en las
coberturas de aluminio [B].
7. Completar el montaje del aparato con las especiales pantallas de láminas (no en dotación) fijadas a presión. En los modelos
PAR, volver a colocar la óptica anti-reflejo en la propia sede (teniendo cuidado de manejarla solamente con los guantes!),
asegurándola mediante las específicas cuerdas de nylon y verificando que el terminal faston de conexión a tierra, ubicado
en la base, esté conectado eléctricamente mediante el cablecito amarillo/verde remachado en la óptica misma.

Advertencias importantes
• El producto no debe ser modificado. Cualquier modificación anula la garantía y puede provocar que el producto sea
peligroso. PLEXIFORM S.p.A. declina toda responsabilidad por los daños causados por un propio producto montado en
modo no conforme a las instrucciones.
• Se aconseja de controlar los componentes de material plástico - especialmente aquellos destinados a la suspensión de los
aparatos – por lo menos en cada cambio de lámpara.
• Los componentes que podrían dañarse deben ser reemplazados con componentes análogos.
• La instalación de los productos debe ser efectuada conforme con la normativa.
• Se aconseja utilizar dos elementos de suspensión (4 para fijación de techo) por cada módulo.
• Para la conexión entre los varios módulos utilizar solamente conductores de 1,5 mm . NOTA. Hileras continuas de módulos
no deben superar la potencia total de 2000W por cada conexión eléctrica.
• Para evitar recalentamientos peligrosos, se recomienda de no instalar el aparato en espacios estrechos privados de
recambio de aire.

• El aparato está también destinado a ser instalado en superficies normalmente inflamables.

NOTA. Los elementos no en dotación, excluidos los tornillos y los tacos, están disponibles como línea de accesorios
relativos al sistema.
• Empalme lineal - Permite realizar una conjunción en línea entre dos módulos.
Instrucciones para el montaje: Fijar los diferentes módulos mediante el empalme utilizando las cabezas pasantes [F] y
las tuercas [G] como indicado en la fig. 7.
• Empalme angular - Permite realizar una conjunción en forma de “L” (90°) entre dos módulos.
Empalme en forma de T - Permite realizar una conjunción en forma de “T” (tres vías) entre tres módulos.
Empalme en forma de cruz- Permite realizar una conjunción en forma de “+” (cuatro vías) entre cuatro módulos.
Instrucciones para el montaje: Abrir el empalme haciendo palanca en las específicas hendiduras. Operar en manera
análoga a cuanto indicado para el empalme lineal. Volver a cerrar el empalme.
• Pantalla laminar/lam. metalizada - Permite reducir el encandilamiento. Para cada módulo de 18W son necesarias n. 2 piezas,
de 36W n. 4 piezas, de 58W n. 5 piezas.
Instrucciones para el montaje: Fijar a presión las piezas necesarias (menos una) en la base del módulo, en modo que
las láminas resulten equidistantes entre piezas diferentes. Cortar las dos extremidades de la pieza restante en el borde de la
última láminas, como indicado en la fig. 8. Entonces fijar a presión la pieza misma.

Avvertenze generali
• L’apparecchio è costruito a regola d’arte, e la sua durata elettrica sarà più efficiente se esso verrà usato correttamente.
• Leggere attentamente le avvertenze che seguono in quanto forniscono importanti indicazioni riguardanti la sicurezza di
installazione d’uso e di manutenzione.
• Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio non utilizzare l’apparecchio e
rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore.
• Gli elementi dell’imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica, ecc.) non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto
potenziali fonti di pericolo.
• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa siano rispondenti a quelli della rete di distribuzione elettrica
alla quale l’apparecchio sarà collegato. (L’etichetta con i dati di targa è situata all’interno dell’apparecchio stesso).

General warnings
• The fitting is manufactured in a workmanlike fashion, and its electric life will be more efficient if it is used correctly.
• Read the following warnings carefully since they contain important information about installation, usage and maintenance
safety.
• After removing the packaging, make sure that the fitting is intact. If in doubt, do not use the fitting and contact your retailer.
• Packaging materials (plastic bags, etc.) must not be left within the reach of children, as they are a potential source of danger.
• Before connecting the fitting to the power supply make sure that the rating corresponds to the rating of the electricity network
to which the fitting will be connected. (The rating label is located inside the fitting itself).
• This fitting must be used exclusively for the purpose for which it is explicitly designed, i.e. for lighting closed and not damp
environments, with a maximum ambient temperature of 35°C (95°F).
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations, disconnect the fitting from the electricity network supply by
switching off the system’s switch, and if a fault occurs, contact professionally qualified personnel only.
• Failure to observe the above may jeopardise the safety of the fitting.
• The manufacturer cannot be considered liable for any damages deriving from improper, wrong and unreasonable use of the
fitting.
Installation instructions
1. Appoggiare l’apparecchio privo di imballo a terra o su un tavolo o altro piano di appoggio (fig. 1).
2. Togliere le coperture a scatto in alluminio [B] dalla base [A]; nelle versioni PAR togliere preventivamente l’ottica antiriflesso
(Attenzione: usare i guanti per non danneggiare la resa luminosa dell’ottica!).
3a. MONTAGGIO A SOSPENSIONE:
• Dopo avere fissato a plafone la sospensione semplice e la sospensione elettrificata (non in dotazione; vedi istruzioni
relative), inserire le rispettive staffe di acciaio [C] (in dotazione con l’accessorio), facendole scorrere nei canalini presenti
sulla parte superiore del modulo (fig. 2a).
• Chiudere il modulo alle due estremità con le due testate terminali (non in dotazione) applicate a scatto.
• Prima di fissare saldamente l’apparecchio, realizzare un foro su una delle testate terminali e introdurvi il cavo di
alimentazione, avendo cura di assicurarlo con il serracavo [S].
3b. MONTAGGIO CON ATTACCO A SOFFITTO: (N.B.: Soltanto nella versione luce solo diretta)
• Fissare, mediante viti o tasselli (non in dotazione), la parte [D] degli attacchi a soffitto (non in dotazione) secondo la
lunghezza dell’apparecchio da installare e con un interasse orizzontale di 128 mm (fig. 4).
• Inserire le staffe in PA6 [E] (in dotazione con l’accessorio), facendole scorrere nei canalini presenti sulla parte superiore
del modulo (fig. 2b).
• Chiudere il modulo alle due estremità con le due testate terminali (non in dotazione) applicate a scatto.
• Unire le due parti degli attacchi a soffitto serrandole con la vite in dotazione con l’accessorio (fig. 5).
• Prima di fissare saldamente l’apparecchio, realizzare un foro su una delle testate terminali e introdurvi il cavo di
alimentazione, avendo cura di assicurarlo con il serracavo [S].
4. Raggiungere il morsetto di alimentazione come indicato in figura 3.
5. Inserire quindi i terminali della lampada fluorescente Ø 26 nella fessura dei portalampada, e ruotarla sul proprio asse di circa
90° per il completo aggancio (vedi fig. 6); operare in modo analogo nella versione bilampada.
6. Prima di richiudere le coperture in alluminio [B] sulla base [A], assicurarsi che i terminali faston di messa a terra, posti sulla
base [A], siano collegati elettricamente mediante i cavetti giallo/verdi [H] fissati sulle coperture di alluminio [B].
7. Completare il montaggio dell’apparecchio con gli appositi schermi lamellari (non in dotazione) fissati a scatto. Nelle versioni
PAR, ricollocare l’ottica antiriflesso nella propria sede (avendo cura di maneggiarla soltanto con i guanti!), assicurandola
tramite le apposite fruste e verificando che il terminale faston di messa a terra, posto sulla base, sia collegato elettricamente
mediante il cavetto giallo/verde rivettato sull’ottica stessa.
1. Rest the fitting without its packaging on the ground, on a table or on another surface (fig. 1).
2. Remove the aluminium snap-on covers [B] from the base [A]. In the PAR versions, remove the antireflection optics
beforehand (Attention: use gloves so as not to damage the optics’ luminous efficiency!).
3a. SUSPENSION MOUNTING:
• After fixing the simple and the electrified suspension fixtures (not supplied; see relative instructions) to the ceiling, insert
the respective steel brackets [C] (provided with the accessory), sliding them into the small central duct on the top of the
module (fig. 2a).
• Close both ends of the module with the two snap-on end heads (not supplied).
• Before fixing the fitting securely, make a hole on one of the end heads and thread the supply cable through it, taking care
to secure it with the cable clamp [S].
3b. MOUNTING WITH CEILING CONNECTION: (N.B.: Only in the only direct light version)
• Using screws or screw anchors (not supplied), fix the part [D] of the ceiling connections (not supplied) according to the
length of the fitting being installed and with a horizontal inter-axis of 128 mm (fig. 4).
• Insert the PA6 brackets [E] (supplied with the accessory), sliding them into the small ducts on the top of the module (fig.
2b).
• Close both ends of the module with the two snap-on end heads (not supplied).
• Join the two parts of the ceiling connections tightening them with the screw supplied with the accessory (fig. 5).
• Before fixing the fitting securely, make a hole on one of the end heads and thread the supply cable through it, taking care
to secure it with the cable clamp [S].
4. Join the terminal block as indicated in figure 3.
5. Then, insert the terminals of the Ø 26 fluorescent lamp in the slot of the lamp-holders, and turn it about 90° on its own axis
to complete the connection (see fig. 6); do likewise for the double-lamp version.
6. Before re-closing the aluminium covers [B] on the base [A], make sure that the earthing faston terminals [T], on the base
[A], are electrically connected via the yellow/green wires [H] fixed to the aluminium covers [B].
7. Finish mounting the fitting using the special, snap-on lamellar shields (not supplied). In the PAR versions, re-position the
antireflection optics in their own housing (taking care to handle them only with gloves!), fixing them with the nylon ropes
and making sure that the earthing faston terminal, on the base, is connected electrically via the yellow/green cable riveted
onto the optics themselves.

• Giunto lineare - Permette di realizzare una giunzione in linea tra due moduli.
Istruzioni di montaggio: Fissare i diversi moduli tramite il giunto utilizzando le testine passanti [F] ed i dadi [G] come
indicato in fig. 7.
• Giunto angolare - Permette di realizzare una giunzione a “L” (90°) tra due moduli.
Giunto a T - Permette di realizzare una giunzione a “T” (tre vie) tra tre moduli.
Giunto a croce - Permette di realizzare una giunzione a “+” (quattro vie) tra quattro moduli.
Istruzioni di montaggio: Aprire il giunto facendo leva negli appositi interstizi. Operare in modo analogo a quanto indicato
per il giunto lineare. Richiudere il giunto.
• Schermo lamellare/lam. metallizzato - Permette di ridurre l’abbagliamento. Per ogni modulo da 18W sono necessari n. 2
pezzi, da 36W n. 4 pezzi, da 58W n. 5 pezzi.
Istruzioni di montaggio: Fissare a scatto i pezzi necessari (tranne uno) sulla base del modulo, in modo che le lamelle
risultino equamente distanziate fra pezzi diversi. Tagliare le due estremità del pezzo rimasto a filo dell’ultima lamella, come
indicato in fig. 8. Quindi fissare a scatto il pezzo stesso.
Avvertenze importanti
Accessories Line
• Straight joint – used to make a straight joint between two modules.
Mounting instructions: Secure the various modules with the joint using the through heads [F] and nuts [G] as indicated
in fig. 7.
• Corner joint – used to make an “L” (90°) joint between two modules.
T-joint – used to make a “T” joint (three-way) between three modules.
Cross joint – used to make a “+” joint (four-way) between four modules.
Mounting instructions: Open the joint pressing on the apposite interstices. Proceed as indicated for the straight joint. Reclose the joint.
• Lamellar/metalized lamellar shield – Used to reduce glare. 2 items are necessary for each 18W module, 4 for a 36W module,
and 5 for a 58W module.
Mounting instructions: Snap the necessary parts (except for one) onto the base of the module, so that the blades are
equally spaced between the various parts. Cut the two ends of the remaining part level with the last blade, as indicated in
fig. 8. Then snap on the part itself.
Important warnings
• Il prodotto non deve essere modificato. Qualsiasi modifica annulla la garanzia e può rendere pericoloso il prodotto. La
PLEXIFORM S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità per i danni causati da un proprio prodotto montato in modo non conforme

• Per evitare surriscaldamenti pericolosi, si raccomanda di non installare l’apparecchio in spazi angusti privi di ricambio
d’aria.
• L’apparecchio è anche destinato ad essere installato su superfici normalmente infiammabili.

S.p.A. declines any liability for damages caused by any of its products that have been mounted in a way that does not comply

• You are recommended to check the plastic components – especially those used to suspend fittings – at least every time you

• Any damaged component must be replaced with an analogous one.

• Use 1.5 mm2 wires only for connections between the various modules. N.B. Continuous rows of modules must not exceed
the overall power of 2,000 W for each electric connection.
• To prevent dangerous overheating, do not install the fitting in narrow spaces without an exchange of air.
• The fitting is also designed to be installed on normally inflammable surfaces.

• The fitting must be fitted with end heads to comply with IP20 degree of protection.
La Direttiva Europea 2002/96/CE sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, prevede che gli
apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici non possono essere trattati come normali rifiuti domestici. Il simbolo
di bidone sbarrato è riportato per ricordare gli obblighi di raccolta separata. Per la corretta dismissione,
si prega di servirsi delle discariche espressamente autorizzate o riconsegnati al distributore all’atto
dell’acquisto di un nuovo apparecchio. Le lampade, se smaltite con l’apparecchio, non devono essere
frantumate in quanto contenenti sostanze altamente inquinanti per l’ambiente. Lo smaltimento abusivo
di detti rifiuti è punito dalla legge.
The European Directive 2002/96/CE on waste electrical and electronic equipment, requires that electric
and electronic devices must not be disposed of in the normal household waste. The crossed out
wheeled bin is reproduced in order to remember obligations towards separately collection. For correct
disposal, please use authorized waste disposal facilities or returned to the distributor at the date a new
lighting fitting is purchased. Lamps, if disposed together with the lighting fitting, shall not be broken up
since they contain substances which are highly polluting for the environment. Unauthorized disposal of
the foregoing waste material is punishable by law.

Mises en garde générales
• L’appareil est construit dans les règles de l’art et sa durée électrique sera plus efficace dès lors qu’il sera utilisé correctement.
• Lisez attentivement les instructions suivantes car elles fournissent des informations importantes sur la sécurité d’installation,
d’utilisation et d’entretien.
• Après avoir ôté l’emballage, vérifiez si l’appareil est en bon état. En cas de doute, n’utilisez pas l’appareil et adressez-vous à
votre revendeur.
• L’emballage (sachets plastique, etc.) ne doit pas être laissé à la portée des enfants car il peut constituer un danger.
• Avant de brancher l’appareil, vérifiez que la plaque signalétique correspond bien au réseau de distribution électrique sur
lequel l’appareil sera branché. (La plaque signalétique est située à l’intérieur de l’appareil).
• Cet appareil ne doit être utilisé que pour l’usage en vue duquel il a été expressément conçu, c’est-à-dire pour l’éclairage de
pièces fermées et non humides, avec une température maximale de 35°C (95°F).
• Avant d’effectuer toute opération de nettoyage ou d’entretien, débranchez l’appareil du réseau d’alimentation électrique en
éteignant l’interrupteur de l’installation, et en cas de panne, adressez-vous exclusivement à un technicien qualifié.
• Le non-respect de ces instructions peut compromettre la sécurité de l’appareil.
• Le constructeur n’est en aucun cas responsable des éventuels dommages dérivant d’un usage impropre et déraisonnable.
Instructions d’installation
1. Après avoir ôté l’emballage, posez l’appareil par terre, sur une table ou sur toute autre paillasse (fig. 1).
2. Ôtez les couvercles à enclenchement en aluminium [B] de la base [A]; dans les versions PAR, ôtez préalablement l’optique
anti-reflets (Attention: utiliser les gants pour ne pas endommager le rendement lumineux de l’optique!).
3a. MONTAGE EN SUSPENSION:
• Après avoir fixé au plafond la suspension simple et la suspension électrifiée (non fournie; voir les instructions
correspondantes), insérez les étriers d’acier correspondants [C] (fournis avec l’accessoire), en les faisant glisser dans les
coulisses situées sur la partie supérieure du module (fig. 2a).
• Fermez le module aux deux extrémités avec les deux embouts latéraux (non fournis) appliqués en butée.
• Avant de fixer solidement l’appareil, percez un trou sur un des embouts latéraux et introduisez-y le câble d’alimentation,
en ayant soin de le fixer avec l’arrêt de traction [S].
3b. MONTAGE AVEC FIXATION AU PLAFOND: (N.B.: Uniquement dans la version à lumière directe)
• Fixez, à l’aide de vis ou de chevilles (non fournies), la partie [D] des fixations au plafond (non fournies) en fonction de
la longueur de l’appareil à installer et avec un entraxe horizontal de 128 mm (fig. 4)
• Insérez les étriers en PA6 [E] (fournis avec l’accessoire), en les faisant glisser dans les coulisses situées sur la partie
supérieure du module (fig. 2b).
• Fermez le module aux deux extrémités avec les deux embouts latéraux (non fournis) appliqués en butée.
• Joignez les deux parties des fixations au plafond en les serrant avec la vis fournie avec l’accessoire (fig. 5).
• Avant de fixer solidement l’appareil, percez un trou sur un des embouts latéraux et introduisez-y le câble d’alimentation,
en ayant soin de le fixer avec l’arrêt de traction [S].
4. Récupérez la borne d’alimentation comme indiqué dans la figure 3.
5. Insérez ensuite les culots de la lampe fluorescente Ø 26 dans la fente des douilles, et faites-la tourner sur son axe d’environ
90° pour qu’elle soit complètement fixée (voir fig. 6); procédez de la même manière dans la version à deux lampes.
6. Avant de fermer les couvercles en aluminium [B] sur la base [A], vérifiez que les bornes de type faston de mise à la terre,
placées sur la base [A], sont bien reliées électriquement par l’intermédiaire des câblots jaune/vert [H] fixés sur les
couvercles en aluminium [B].
7. Terminez l’assemblage de l’appareil avec les écrans à lamelles (non fournis) en les accrochant. Dans les versions PAR,
replacer l’optique anti-reflets dans son logement (en ayant soin de la manipuler uniquement avec les gants!). Fixez-la à l’aide
des cordes en nylon prévues à cet effet en vérifiant que la borne de type faston de mise à la terre, placée sur la base, soit
reliée électriquement par l’intermédiaire du fil jaune/vert fixé sur l’optique.
N.B. Les éléments non fournis, à l’exception des vis et des chevilles, sont disponibles comme lignes d’accessoires relatifs
au système.
Ligne Accessoires
• Joint linéaire – Permet de réaliser une jonction en ligne entre deux modules.
Instructions d’assemblage: Fixez les différents modules à l’aide du joint en utilisant les petites têtes passantes [F] et les
écrous [G] comme indiqué dans la fig. 7.
• Joint angulaire – Permet de réaliser une jonction en “L” (90°) entre deux modules.
Joint en T – Permet de réaliser une jonction en “T” (trois voies) entre trois modules.
Joint en croix – Permet de réaliser une jonction en “+” (quatre voies) entre quatre modules.
Instructions d’assemblage: Ouvrez le joint en faisant pression dans les interstices. Procédez de la même manière que
pour le joint linéaire. Refermez le joint.
• Ecran à lamelles / à lamelles métallisé – Permet de réduire l’éblouissement. Pour chaque module de 18W, n° 2 pièces sont
nécessaires, n° 4 pièces pour ceux de 36W et n° 5 pièces pour ceux de 58W.
Instructions d’assemblage: accrochez les pièces nécessaires (sauf une) sur la base du module, de manière à ce que les
lamelles soient à une distance équivalente entre les différentes pièces. Coupez les deux extrémités de la pièce au ras de la
dernière lamelle, comme indiqué dans la fig. 8. Accrochez ensuite la pièce.
Mises en garde importantes
• Le produit ne doit pas être modifié. Toute modification annule la garantie et peut rendre le produit dangereux. PLEXIFORM
S.p.A. décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages provoqués par un de ses produits monté d’une façon non conforme
aux instructions d’assemblage.
• Nous vous conseillons de contrôler les composants en plastique – spécialement ceux qui constituent la suspension des
appareils – au moins chaque fois que vous changez la lampe.
• Les composants endommagés doivent être remplacés par des composants identiques.
• L’installation des produits doit être effectuée selon toutes les règles de l’art.
• Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser deux éléments de suspension (4 pour la fixation au plafond) pour chaque module.
• Pour le branchement entre les différents modules, utilisez uniquement des conducteurs 1,5 mm2 N.B. Les rangées continues
de modules ne doivent pas dépasser la puissance totale de 2000W par branchement électrique.
• Pour éviter les surchauffes dangereuses, nous vous recommandons de ne pas installer l’appareil dans des espaces exigus
et non aérés.
• L’appareil est également destiné à être installé sur des superficies normalement inflammables.

• L’appareil doit être muni d’embouts latéraux pour atteindre le degré IP20.

Gebrauch des Geräts ab und wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler.
• Die Verpackungselemente (Plastikbeutel etc.) sollten für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahrt werden, da sie eine potentielle
Gefahrenquelle darstellen.
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Anschluss des Geräts von der Übereinstimmung der Betriebsdaten mit denen des
Stromnetzes, an das das Gerät angeschlossen werden soll. (Das Schild mit den Betriebsdaten befindet sich im Inneren des
Geräts).
• Dieses Gerät darf nur zu dem Zweck gebraucht werden, für den es entwickelt wurde, d.h. für die Beleuchtung von
geschlossenen trockenen Räumen mit einer Umgebungstemperatur von max. 35°C (95°F).
• Vor jeder Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeit unterbrechen Sie bitte die Stromzufuhr, indem sie den Schalter der Anlage
betätigen. Im Falle eines Defekts wenden Sie sich bitte ausschließlich an qualifiziertes Fachpersonal.
• Eine Nichtbeachtung der oben angegebenen Warnungen könnte die Sicherheit des Geräts beeinträchtigen.
• Der Hersteller kann nicht für eventuelle Schäden infolge unsachgemäßen, falschen oder unangemessenen Gebrauchs zur
Verantwortung gezogen werden.
Installationsanleitung
1. Das ausgepackte Gerät auf dem Boden, einem Tisch oder einer anderen Abstellplatte positionieren (Abb. 1).
2. Aluminium-Schnappabdeckung [B] von der Basis [A] entfernen; bei PAR-Versionen vorsichtshalber auch die blendfreie
Optik entfernen (Achtung: Handschuhe verwenden, um die Lichtausbeute der Optik nicht zu beeinträchtigen!).
3a. AUFHÄNGUNGSMONTAGE:
• Nachdem einfache und elektrifizierte Aufhängung (nicht mitgeliefert; siehe entsprechende Anleitung) an der Decke
befestigt wurden, die entsprechenden Stahlbügel [C] (mit Zubehör mitgeliefert) einsetzen und in die auf der
Moduloberseite befindliche Führungsschiene schieben (Abb. 2a).
• Das Modul mit Hilfe der beiden Endklappen (nicht mitgeliefert) mit Schnappbefestigung an beiden Seiten verschließen.
• Vor der endgültigen Befestigung des Geräts eine der Endklappen mit einer Bohrung versehen, das Speisekabel einführen
und mit der Kabelklemme [S] befestigen.
3b. MONTAGE MIT DECKENBEFESTIGUNG: (Wichtig: nur für Direktlicht-Version)
• Den Teil [D] der Deckenbefestigungen (nicht mitgeliefert) mit Hilfe von Schrauben oder Dübeln (nicht mitgeliefert) je nach
Länge des zu installierenden Geräts und mit einem horizontalen Bohrungsabstand von 128 mm befestigen (Abb. 4).
• Die PA6-Bügel [E] (mit Zubehör mitgeliefert) einsetzen und in die auf der Moduloberseite befindliche Führungsschiene
schieben (Abb. 2b).
• Das Modul mit Hilfe der beiden Endklappen (nicht mitgeliefert) mit Schnappbefestigung an beiden Seiten verschließen.
• Die beiden Teile der Deckenbefestigungen zusammenfügen und mit der mit dem Zubehör mitgelieferten Schraube
aneinander schrauben (Abb. 5).
• Vor der endgültigen Befestigung des Geräts eine der Endklappen mit einer Bohrung versehen, das Speisekabel einführen
und mit der Kabelklemme [S] befestigen.
4. Wie in Abb. 3 angegeben bis zum Klemmenblock durchführen.
5. Anschließend die Kabelschuhe der Ø 26-Leuchtstofflampe in den Spalt der Fassung einführen und die Lampe um etwa 90°
bis zur Kupplung um die eigene Achse drehen (siehe Abb. 6). Ebenso bei der Doppellampen-Version verfahren.
6. Vor dem Wiederaufsetzen der Aluminiumabdeckung [B] auf die Basis [A] sicherstellen, dass die auf der Basis [A] gelegenen
Faston-Erdungsanschlüsse [T] durch die auf den Aluminium-Abdeckungen [B] festgenieteten gelb-grünen Litzen [H]
elektrisch angeschlossen sind.
7. Schließlich die entsprechenden Lamellenabdeckungen (nicht mitgeliefert) schnappbefestigen. Bei den PAR-Versionen die
blendfreie Optik wieder einsetzen (nur mit Handschuhen anfassen!) und mit Hilfe der dafür vorgesehenen Nylonseile
befestigen; sicherstellen, dass der auf der Basis gelegene Faston-Erdungsanschluss durch die auf der Optik selbst
festgenietete gelb-grüne Litze elektrisch angeschlossen ist.
Wichtig: Die nicht mitgelieferten Elemente – ausschließlich Schrauben und Dübel – sind als Zubehörreihe zum
entsprechenden System erhältlich.
Zubehörreihe
• Längsverbinder – Für eine Längsverbindung zwischen zwei Modulen.
Montageanleitung: Die verschiedenen Module mit Hilfe des Verbinders anschließen und dazu Verbindungsköpfe [F] und
Muttern [G] verwenden, wie in Abb. 7 angegeben.
• Eckverbinder – Für eine „L“-Verbindung (90°) zwischen zwei Modulen.
„T“-Verbinder – Für eine „T“-Verbindung (Dreiwege) zwischen drei Modulen.
Kreuzverbinder – Für eine „+“-Verbindung (Vierwege) zwischen vier Modulen.
Montageanleitung: Den Verbinder durch Einwirken auf den Spalt öffnen. Laut Anleitung für Längsverbinder verfahren.
Verbinder wieder schließen.
• Lamellen-/metallisierte Lamellenabdeckung – Zur Verringerung der Blendung. Für jedes 18W-Modul werden 2 Teile
benötigt, bei 36W 4 Teile und bei 58W 5 Teile.
Montageanleitung: Die benötigten Teile (außer einem) auf der Modulbasis schnappbefestigen, so dass sich die Lamellen
in gleichmäßigem Abstand zwischen den verschiedenen Teilen befinden. Die beiden Endstücke des verbleibenden Teils
fadengerade der letzten Lamelle entlang abschneiden, wie in Abb. 8 angezeigt. Das Teil anschließend schnappbefestigen.
Wichtige Warnungen
• Das Produkt ist in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand zu belassen. Jegliche Veränderung führt zur Annullierung der Garantie
und macht das Produkt zu einer potentiellen Gefahrenquelle. PLEXIFORM S.p.A. kann nicht für Schäden infolge eines nicht
anleitungsgemäß montierten Produkts zur Verantwortung gezogen werden.
• Es wird empfohlen, alle Kunststoffkomponenten – insbesondere die tragenden – mindestens bei jedem Lampenwechsel zu
prüfen.
• Defekte Komponenten sind mit gleichartigen Teilen zu ersetzen.
• Der Einbau der Produkte muss kunstgerecht durchgeführt werden.
• Es wird empfohlen, zwei Aufhängungselemente (bei Deckenbefestigung vier) pro Modul zu verwenden.
• Für den Anschluss verschiedener Module verwenden Sie bitte ausschließlich 1,5mm2-Kabel. Wichtig: Reihengeschaltete
Module dürfen die Gesamtleistung von 2000W pro Stromanschluss nicht überschreiten.
• Zur Vermeidung einer gefährlichen Überhitzung wird empfohlen, das Gerät nicht in engen Räumen ohne Belüftung zu
installieren.
• Das Gerät ist auch zur Installation auf normal entzündlichen Flächen geeignet.
F
• Das Gerät muss mit Endkappen ausgestattet sein, damit die Schutzart IP20 gewährleistet ist.
