Youth Community Health Advocates
Eligibility:
Be a student of Round Lake Area High School, Grayslake North High School or
Grant High School
Be immigrants or children of immigrants
Be a junior or senior for the 2015-2016 school year
Able to attend the weekly summer sessions for the duration of the program
Have the full support of their parent/guardian for participation in the program
Have an interest in health, community education, or community service
Be committed to learning new things and working collaboratively with their peers
Program will run from July 7, 2015 to September 11, 2015
Deadline to Apply is Friday June 12, 2015 at 5:00 pm

Ser estudiante de alguna de estas escuelas: Round Lake Area High School, Grayslake North
High School o Grant High School
Ser inmigrante o hijo (a) de padres inmigrantes
Ser ‘junior’ o ‘senior’ para el año escolar 2015-2016
Estar dispuesto a asistir a las sesiones semanales de verano durante la duración del programa
Tener todo el apoyo de sus padres/tutores para participar en el programa
Tener un interés en la salud, la educación de la comunidad, o de servicio a la comunidad
Comprometerse a aprender cosas nuevas y trabajar en colaboración con sus compañeros
El programa se desarrollará de Julio 7, 2015 a Septiembre 11, 2015
Fecha limite para aplicar es Viernes 12 de Junio del 2015 a las 5:00 pm
