Please Bring:
Immunization Record, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card & Proof of Residency.
In addition for Pre-K:
Please bring a copy of the most current pay stub and/or food stamp letter (if applicable).
PLEASE BRING YOUR STUDENT TO REGISTRATION!!
If your child is currently attending THJ Pre-K, you do NOT need to come.
You will automatically be enrolled for next year.
Eligibility for Pre-K: All potential students must be 4 years old on or before
September 1, 2015. They must either qualify for Free/ Reduced Lunch or be
Limited English Proficient and live in Taylor ISD school zone.
Tuition Based Pre-K: Must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2015.
Cost is $300 per month. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for registration.
(This deposit will be credited as your last payment.)
Eligibility for Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2015

Favor de Traer: Comprobante de Vacunas, Certificado de Nacimiento,
Tarjeta de Seguro Social y Prueba de Domicilio.
En adición para Pre-K:
Por favor de traer: comprobante de ingresos mas corrientes y/o
prueba de estampillas de comida (si aplica).
¡FAVOR DE TRAER SU ESTUDIANTE A REGISTRACION!
Si su hijo/a actualmente asiste THJ Pre-K , no tiene que venir a inscribirlo.
Su hijo/a automaticamente estara inscrito para el proximo ano.
Elegibilidad para Pre-K: Su hijo/a debe tener a lo menos 4 anos en o antes del
1ero de septiembre del 2015. Debe calificar para almuerzo gratis o reducido
o ser Limitado en Ingles y vivir en la zona del Distrito de Taylor.
Cuota Mensual de Pre-K (opcional para quienes no califican para el plan gratuito):
Tener 4 anos o haberlos cumplido antes del 1ero de septiembre del 2015.
El costo es $300 por mes. Un deposito de $300 se requiere al momento de la registracion.
