第 10 回 UNHCR 難民映画祭担当インターン募集
UNHCR 駐日事務所では、第 10 回 UNHCR 難民映画祭担当インターンを募集しております。
期間
原則として、2015 年 7 月から 11 月までの期間で 4 ヶ月間以上／週 3 日以上で期間中の総出勤数
が 80 日間以上可能かつ、10 月の映画祭期間中は土日・祝日も出勤可能な方（応相談）
募集人数
1～2 名
応募資格
・原則として大学卒業・大学院修了であること（大学院在学中も可）
・社会科学、人文科学、国際政治学、国際法等を専攻し、特に人権や難民問題に関心のある方
・日本語及び英語で業務遂行が可能な方
・ MS Word、Excel、Power Point 等を使って作業が出来る方
・インターネットや統計資料を使ったリサーチ、検索が得意な方
・責任感、協調性のある方
・翻訳(英訳、和訳)の経験がある方尚可・NGO や企業などでボランティア・実務経験があれば尚可
・映像・映画業界でのインターン・職務経験があれば尚可
業務内容
2015 年 10 月に開催される第 10 回 UNHCR 難民映画祭の実行に向けた準備期間中および映画祭
の開催期間中の以下の各種関連業務をアシストする。
・関連資料の作成・翻訳
・ウェブ、印刷物、字幕等の制作物の進行
・各種文字・画像・映像素材の整理
・広報
・問い合わせ対応
・イベント会場マネジメント
・催事開催後の報告書作成
・その他、UNHCR 駐日事務所における種々の業務
勤務時間
原則として、09 時 30 分- 17 時 30 分
待遇
無給（交通費補助あり）
その他の条件
開始後 2 週間は試用期間とします。
インターン修了時に UNHCR でのポストを保障するものではありません。
また、インターン中もしくは修了直後 6 ヶ月間は UNHCR のポストへ応募する資格がなくなります。

UNHCR Representation in Japan
10th UNHCR Refugee Film Festival Internship Programme
UNHCR Representation in Japan is seeking for 10th UNHCR Refugee Film Festival interns who will
assist the work of the office.
Duration
In principle, 4 months or longer/minimum 3 working days per week, from July to November 2015,
totaling 80 working days or more, but negotiable. The attendance during the actual Refugee Film
Festival in October (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) is compulsory.

Qualification & Criteria
・ In principle, preference will be given to applicants who have completed undergraduate/graduate
studies or are enrolled in graduate or higher degree programmes in one of the following areas: social
science, humanities, international relations, international law, journalism, etc. with demonstrated
interest in the field of human rights or refugee issues.
・ Applicants will be fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
・ Strong applicants will have a good knowledge of MS Office programmes and Internet applications,
with excellent research skills using the Internet and statistical data.
・ Applicants will have the ability to adapt and work as part of a team in a multicultural environment
with a strong sense of responsibility and minimal supervision.
・ Additional consideration will be given for past work experiences including translation, volunteering
and professional office work.
・ Intern / working experience in visual, film industry is a plus.
Tasks
To assist various activities related to the preparation and the implementation of the 10th UNHCR
Refugee Film Festival (Oct 2015) in the field of:
・Creation, translation of related documents
・Direction of the website, printing matters, subtitles, etc.
・Filing of related documents, photos, movie materials
・Publicity
・Responding to inquiries from the general public and related stakeholders
・Management of the festival
・Creation of activity / financial report
・Other related tasks as requested
Working hours
In principle, 09:30 -17:30
Working conditions
No financial remuneration (daily transportation allowance provided)
Other conditions
The first 2 weeks will be a trial period.
No expectation of employment at the end of the internship.
You will not be eligible to apply for a post with UNHCR during the period of the internship and for
the 6 months immediately following the expiration date thereof.
