ICHO Festival and the timetable of Inter-campus shuttle bus during the festival The ICHO Festival is a celebration of welcome for new students to the university, but it is also a great opportunity to strengthen friendship and ties among faculty, staff, students, and the local community. Moreover, it is a celebration of the anniversary (on May 1st) of Osaka University’s founding.
