Development and current trends related to joint study programmes. モジュール１： 何故ジョイント・スタディー・プログラムなのか？ジョイント・スタディ ー・プログラムの開発と現状 - The Bologna process: brief history of the inter-ministerial cooperation process between 47 European states. Description of different bodies and working methods, overview of the latest Bologna Implementation Report. How to work towards a coherent, joint internal quality assurance scheme. Methods for external assessment and review. - 機関やプログラム特定の品質保証に関する国の要求のばらつき。どの様に一貫性のある共同内 部質保証のスキームを作るか。外部評価と見直しの方法。 - Cooperation between European Accreditation Agencies, presentation of the European Consortium for Accreditation and their work on Single Accreditation of Joint Programmes - 欧州認証評価機関同士の協力、認証評価のための欧州コンソーシアムとそれらのジョイント・プロ グラムの単一認証評価。 3 - New European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance to be approved by Ministers in May 2015 - 2015 年 5 月より各国省庁に承認予定の質保証のための新たな欧州の基準とガイドライン。 15:30-17:00 Module 4: Employability, internships モジュール４： エンプロイアビリティ（就業能力）、インターンシップ - Due to the economic downturn in Europe, political focus has been put on increasing employability of graduates and fighting unemployment. Practical guidelines on enhancing employability of the graduates, description of ways of involving employers and labour-market representatives in programme development and implementation. - 欧州における景気の下降により卒業生のエンプロイアビリティ（就業能力）の向上と失業対策に政 治の焦点が当てられている。卒業生の雇用能力の向上に関する実用的な指針、雇用者や労働市 場の代表者をプログラムの開発や実施に関与させる方法。 - Characteristics of internships and work-embedded learning, setting up internship schemes within Joint Masters Degrees: case MARIHE (Joint Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education http://www.marihe.eu/index.php?id=1 - インターンシップや就労を組み入れた学修の性質、ジョイント・マスター・ディグリーにおけるインタ ーンシップ・スキームの設置：MARIHE（高等教育の研究・イノベーションのジョイント・マスター）の 事例。 Wednesday 28th January 9:30-11:00 Module 5: EU strategies and Erasmus+ モジュール５： EU の戦略とエラスムス+ - Description of the most important political development strategies by the European Union, providing the base for the Erasmus + programme funding -エラスムス+プログラムに資金提供する EU による最も重要な政治的発展戦略。 o Europe 2020 戦略と目標 o European Higher Education in the World, 2013 - Overview of the Erasmus+ programme; with a special focus on activities funded with partners outside the EU, such as global mobility and Joint Masters Degrees - エラスムス+プログラムの概要：EU 外のパートナーとの資金提供による活動、例えばグローバルな モビリティ（学生・教員の移動）やジョイント・マスター・ディグリーなどに焦点を当てて。 4 - Jean Monnet activities - ジャン・モネの活動 11:30-12.30 Module 6: How to write a successful proposal, practical support and tools available モジュール 6： 成功する提案書の作成方法、利用可能な実用的なサポートとツール - Principles of successful project proposal writing: what to think about when writing proposals to the Joint Masters programmes within Erasmus+ -成功する事業提案書作成の基本理念：エラスムス+におけるジョイント・マスター・プログラムの提案 書作成の際に考えることは何か。 - Views of an experienced external evaluator (worked in Brussels evaluating both Erasmus Mundus joint Masters and other joint programme initiatives with industrialized countries: Canada, US, Australia, Japan, Korea) -経験豊富な外部評価者の見解（ブラッセルにてエラスムス・ムンドゥスによるジョイント・マスターとそ の他先進国《カナダ、米国、オーストラリア、日本、韓国》とのジョイント・プログラムのイニシアティブ の評価を行なった。） - The end of this session provides an overview of useful information sources, practical guidelines and other tools, also developed by individual institutions outside of the EU - セッションの最後として、有益な情報源や、ガイドラインや手法の概要の提供、また欧州 外のそれぞれの制度の開発。 5 Trainer: Annika Sundbäck, Centre for International Mobility CIMO, Finland Currently working as Head of the Global Team within the Higher Education Unit at the Centre for International Mobility CIMO in Helsinki, Annika Sundbäck has been the national contact for the Erasmus Mundus programme in Finland since 2005. She holds an MA degree from Åbo Akademi University in Finland including study abroad at Université de Rennes, France. For over 15 years, she has worked within internationalization of higher education, at national level and within universities both in Finland and abroad, with a strong experience of cooperation between European and non-European countries. Annika has been closely observing developments and trends related to the role of joint study programmes in promoting internationalization, both in industrialized, EU neighbourhood and developing countries. She has been involved in creating a national checklist for the development and implementation of joint degree programmes, coordinated by the Finnish ENIC/NARIC office. During the years 2008-2013, she has participated as external evaluator of joint degree proposals in Brussels within the Erasmus Mundus, the US-EU-Atlantis and the ICI-ECP Australia, Japan and South Korea programmes. Furthermore, Annika has followed Finnish-funded joint study programme initiatives with other Nordic countries, with Russia and China. 講師紹介 Annika Sundbäck は現在ヘルシンキ（フィンランド）にある Centre for International Mobility (CIMO)の高等教育部門にてグローバルチームの主任として勤務。2005 年よりエラスムス・ムンドゥス・プ ログラムにおけるフィンランドの窓口となる。フィンランドの Åbo Akademi University の修士号を持ち、フラ ンスの Université de Rennes に留学した経験がある。15 年間、高等教育の国際化に関わる仕事を国家 レベル、そしてフィンランドと海外の大学にて行ない、欧州諸国と非欧州諸国との連携に関する経験が豊 富である。 彼女は先進国、EU 近隣諸国、途上国での国際化の促進におけるジョイント・スタディー・プログラ ムの役割に関する開発や動向を身近に観察してきた。フィンランドの ENIC/NARIC オフィスにより調整さ れたジョイント・ディグリー・プログラムの開発と実施に必要な国レベルのチェックリストの作成に携わってい る。2008〜2013 年にはベルギーにてエラスムス・ムンドゥス、US-EU-Atlantis、そして ICI-ECP オースト ラリア、日本、韓国プログラムにおけるダブル、またはジョイント・ディグリーの提案に外部評価者として関 わった。更に、フィンランドの資金提供によるジョイント・スタディー・プログラムのイニシアチブに他の北欧 諸国、そしてロシア、韓国と共に従事している。 6 Trainer: Maria Ranta, Study Coordinator, M. Sc. (Admin), Higher Education Group, School of Management, University of Tampere, Finland Ms. Maria Ranta currently works as Study Coordinator of Higher Education Group (HEG) at the University of Tampere, Finland. In her current and previous positions, Maria has held the responsibility for administration of several domestic and international Master’s programmes, including double and joint degree programmes. She holds a M.Sc. degree from the field of Higher Education Administration and Management. 講師紹介 Maria Ranta は現在 Tampere 大学（フィンランド）の高等教育グループでスタディー・コーディ ネーターとして勤務している。現・前職にてダブル、ジョイント・ディグリーを含めた複数の国内、国際修士 課程プログラムの運営を行なっている。高等教育の運営・管理の分野の修士号（M.Sc.）を取得している。 7
