Cancellation
30% of the participation fee will be reimbursed if the registration is cancelled in writing before 12.Aug.2015. A substitution
of a registered participant is possible! If cancellation is made
after 12.Aug.2015 (post mark) the participation fee will be
invoiced in full and conference documents will be sent, in so
far as the invoice has been paid in full.
The hotel booking will be included in the invoice.
