Molte strutture ricettive accettano
cani e gatti, a Pur c’è una spiaggia
dedicata ai cani e lungo la
passeggiata intorno al lago ci sono
vari dispenser con i sacchetti per la
raccolta delle deiezioni.
Ein Teil des Strands in Pur ist
für Hunde geöffnet, damit sie die
zusammen mit ihren Besitzern, die
Sonne und das Wasser von Ledrosee
genießen dürfen.
Auf dem Weg rund um den See, sind
Dispenser mit Papiertüten zu finden,
und in vielen Unterkünften sind
Haustiere zugelassen.

lake together with its friends.

Der Ledrosee ist einer der schönsten Seen der Region
Trentino und im Sommer erreicht eine Temperatur von
24°. Im kristallklaren Wasser werden die Liebhaber der
Fischerei und der Wassersport, wie Segeln und Kanu,
ihre perfekte Umgebung finden. Vier Strände rund um
dem See erlauben diejenige, die in der Sonne liegen und
entspannend schwimmen möchten, erholsame Momente
zu verbringen. Angelscheine dürfen auch bei dem
Fremdenverkehrsamt gekauft werden und Segelboote,
Kanu, Surfbrette und Tretboote sind in Molina, Mezzolago
und Pieve zu vermieten.
Der Segelverein Valle di Ledro organisiert jedes
Jahr Optimist Kurse für Kinder und internationale
Segelregatten, wie das European Team Racing
Championship und das Trentino Women Match Race J22 .
Lake Ledro is like a huge swimming pool, where you can
relax on one of the four beaches, swim, fish or decide
to sail or to canoe. The water temperature reaches 24°
and the waves are never too
high making it a pleasure to stay in the water. The
beaches are equipped with a place to lie in the
sun, washrooms, play grounds for children, pedalos or
canoes or sail boats to rent, parking space, bar…
Every summer the Associazione Vela Lago di Ledro
(Sailing Association) organizes optimist courses for
children and also several sailing regattas, including
international ones, like the Trentino Woman Match Race
Cup in September.

Una buona rete di sentieri appartenenti
al CAI-SAT (segnaletica rosso/bianca) permette di scoprire la
Valle di Ledro a piedi e di scegliere tra percorsi impegnativi e
non, dai 65 m del Lago di Garda ai 2254 m del Monte Cadria.
Per conoscere storia, natura e tradizioni della Valle di Ledro,
l’ufficio turistico organizza da maggio a settembre “Settimane
Natura”, il programma di escursioni e passeggiate
guidate dagli accompagnatori di territorio del Trentino, adatto sia
a famiglie con bambini che ad escursionisti più esperti, grazie
ad uscite di diverso livello e difficoltà.
La stazione di inanellamento a Casèt, il formaggio in malga, il
percorso dello speziale, le trincee della Grande Guerra, la flora,
la fucina de le broche sono solo alcuni esempi…
A good network of marked mountain paths
offers the opportunity to make easy or challenging
hikes in Valle di Ledro, that go from the Mediterranean
climate of Lake Garda (65 m) to the alpine one of
Monte Cadria (2254m).
Thanks to the hiking program “Settimane
Natura”, the local Information Office organizes
guided walks three times a week: it is a chance
to get to know the natural environment, the history
and the traditions of Valle di Ledro such as the third
Independence War and the Great War, which left
trenches and galleries on both mountainsides of the
valley; the old crafts and trades, which characterized
the economy of the valley in the past centuries; the
natural habitat rich in endemic flowers, wildlife and wild
game including fascinating views of migratory birds
and the relaxing sight of cattle and sheep grazing on
alpine pastures.
Ein gutes Netz von Alpenverein-Wanderwege
(CAI-SAT in weiß/rot) ermöglicht leichte bis
anspruchsvolle Wanderungen, von Gardasee bis Monte
Cadria, vom Mittelmeer bis zum Alpenklima.
Damit die Gäste Land und Leute auf andere
Weise kennen lernen können, bietet der
Ledrotaler Fremdenverkehrsverband auch ein
Wanderprogramm, das “Settimane Natura“
genannt wird. Ab Mai bis September finden jede
Woche geführte halbtägige, auch für Familien mit
Kindern im Schulalter geeignet, oder ganztägige
geführte Wanderungen statt.
Während der Wanderungen werden die Geschichte,
die Natur und andere besondere Aspekte des Tales,
wie, zum Beispiel, die Bienenwelt, die Käseproduktion
auf der Alm, die Vogelmigration am Pass Caset, die
Schmiede der Schuhnägel, die endemische Blumen,
die Schützengraben aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg, erklärt.

In Valle di Ledro sono state attrezzate
3 aree dove è possibile praticare
l’arrampicata sportiva su roccia. Sono
falesie con monotiri fino ai 35 metri e
vie da 250 metri, con difficoltà adatte
sia ai climbers più esperti che alle
famiglie con bambini. Le falesie sono
in “Finale Ampola”, in Val di Concei
al “Pizocol” e “Coel” e la “Regina del
Lago” sulla Strada del Ponale*.
In Valle di Ledro gibt es 3 Klettergebiete,
die von Anhängern dieses Sports
ausgebaut wurden. Sie befinden sich in
Ampola, in Val Concei bei „Pizocol“ und
„Coel“ und über die Strada del Ponale
„Regina del Lago“ mit verschiedenen
Schwierigkeitsgraden.
Es gibt auch Klettersteigen, besonders
auf die Berge über den Gardasee.
In Valle di Ledro there are 3 areas,
equipped by climbing fans: the famous
“Regina del Lago” above Strada del
Ponale, “Pizzocol” and “Coel” in Val
Concei and in Val d’Ampola*.

Der neue Fahrrad Weg vom Garda- bis Ampolasee

La Valle di Ledro è un vero paradiso per i biker con oltre
200 Km di bike tour segnati lungo strade forestali,
percorsi militari, mulattiere e vie ciclabili per accontentare
sia i biker più esigenti, con salite importanti e discese
anche tecniche, sia coloro che scelgono la due ruote per
una piacevole passeggiata in famiglia.
Sicuramente Tremalzo è un must per i biker che
desiderano provare un po’ di adrenalina, ma molti altri
sono i percorsi che meritano una pedalata come la salita
a Passo Trat o i tracciati verso Giumella e Stigolo, meno
conosciuti e più selvaggi.
La nuova ciclabile dal Garda all’Ampola attraversa la
Valle di Ledro lungo il fondovalle e permette ai ciclisti
di godere appieno della natura e del paesaggio che
caratterizza la Valle di Ledro.
La prima parte, dal Garda fino a Molina, è un po’
impegnativa per via del dislivello ma, dal Lago di Ledro al
Lago d’Ampola, la ciclabile è adatta a tutti.

Un nuovo anello per mountain
bike che unisce i territori di
Ledro, Garda, Monte Bondone
e Monte Baldo. Ben 218 Km e
10 000 m di dislivello, dal lago di
Garda a Tremalzo. Oltre all’anello
principale che unisce le 4 vallate,
in ogni territorio ci sono dei side
tour che permettono di scoprire
ulteriori percorsi mtb per tutte le
gambe. Inoltre, strutture ricettive
specializzate sono pronte ad
accogliere i biker e le loro amate due
ruote.
Eine gesamte MTB Tour von 218
Kilometern Länge und 10.000
Höhenmetern schlägt über Valle di
Ledro, Gardasee, Monte Bondone
und Monte Baldo. Dabei spielt sich
gut die Hälfte der Runde abseits
geteerter Straßen ab. In jedem Gebiet
sind weitere Side Tour Bike Touren,
wie die berühmte Tremalzo MTB Tour,
und Bike Friendly Unterkünfte zu
finden.

mountain bike circuit that connects
the territories of Valle di Ledro, Lake
Garda, Monte Baldo and Monte

length of this new circuit is approx.
200 km, 50% of it on dirt tracks, with a
total ascent of 10,000 m. Each area

In Valle di Ledro è possibile provare il
canyoning, un’esperienza unica per
scoprire gli angoli più nascosti grazie
a scivoli, cascate, tuffi e calate lungo
forre e torrenti. Ben due sono i corsi
d’acqua in cui è possibile praticarlo
accompagnati da esperte guide alpine:
il torrente Palvico e il Rio Nero. Il primo,
emissario del Lago d’Ampola, è adatto
anche a chi è alle prime armi mentre il
secondo, che scende da Tremalzo, è
un po’ più impegnativo. In entrambi i
casi divertimento ed adrenalina sono
assicurati, provare per credere…
In Valle di Ledro kann man auch
canyoning machen, ein Abenteuer,
um das Tal anders zu erleben, um
die verstecktesten Ecken, dank
Rutschbahnen und Wasserfällen, zu
entdecken. Canyoning ist eine neue
Disziplin im Bereich des Alpinismus,
die den Abstieg von Wasserfällen
und Schluchten mitten in der
versteckten Natur vorsieht und in Valle
di Ledro sind sogar zwei, die Bäche,
wo Canyoning möglich ist. Canyoning
zu beschreiben ist schwierig, es soll
einfach gemacht werden: Spaß und
Adrenalin, in aller Sicherheit dank den
Bergführern, sind versichert….

museo delle palafitte
Das pfahlbautenmuseum - The pile -dwelling museum
Sulle rive del Lago di Ledro vi sono i
resti di un villaggio palafitticolo risalente
all’età del bronzo, recentemente entrato
a far parte del Patrimonio Unesco. La
scoperta archeologica risale al 1929
quando il livello del lago è stato fatto
abbassare per permettere la costruzione
della centrale idroelettrica di Riva del
Garda.
Oltre 10 000 pali e numerosi manufatti
sono venuti alla luce durante le varie
fasi di scavo che si sono concluse con
la costruzione di un piccolo museo e la
ricostruzione, nel 2006, di un villaggio
palafitticolo che mostra gli strumenti
e gli attrezzi che adoperavano i nostri
antenati.
Il Museo, oltre a laboratori didattici per
le scuole, organizza un programma di
attività estive chiamato “Palafittando”
durante il quale si costruiscono archi e
frecce, si fa merenda con lo sciamano,
si creano stoviglie in argilla, si scoprono i
segreti della caccia e della pesca e molto
altro ancora.

2011 in die Liste des Kulturwelterbes
aufgenommen wurde.
Vor über 4000 Jahren, gab es an
den Ufern, eine große Ansiedlung an
Pfahlbauten gebaut. Im Jahr 1929,
als der Wasserspiegel des Sees, der
zu hydroelektrische Zwecken für das
Kraftwerk von Riva del Garda stark
abgesenkt wurde, kam eine weite, mit
über 10000 Pfählen versehene Zone
zum Vorschein.
Im Sommer, interessante spielerische
Aktivitäten für eine hinreißende
Besichtigung des neuen Dorfes
und des archäologisches Gebietes
werden veranstaltet: Waldrouten,
Bogenschießen, Wettkämpfe,
prähistorische Brotzeit, Plausche mit
dem Schamanen, Konzerte, Aperitifs
und viel mehr…
On the lakeshore of Molina, about
4000 years ago stood one of the
most important pile-dwellings of
the Alpine territory, which became
UNESCO World Heritage in 2011.
It was discovered in the autumn of
1929, when the level of Lake Ledro
was appreciably lowered to supply
the hydroelectric plant being built in
Riva del Garda. As the level of the
lake changed from day to day a forest
of wooden piles came into view. The
site was excavated and finds were
exhibited in the Museum and in the
new reconstructed village, where it’s
possible to relive the prehistoric way
of life.
During the summer there are several
activities for all ages: creative
laboratories, shows, concerts and
events.

La cucina ledrense è molto simile a
quella trentina ma si differenzia per
alcune specialità tra le quali spicca
la polenta di patate che si può
gustare in molte varianti in quanto
non c’è un’unica ricetta.
La cucina è stata inoltre influenzata
anche da quella boema durante
l’esilio della Prima Guerra Mondiale
e in alcuni ristoranti è possibile
trovare i golosi gnocchi boemi o
le livanze.
Valle di Ledro offers specialties which
are very similar to the ones of the
traditional Trentino cuisine, but there
are also some appetizing local dishes
that you cannot taste in any other
valley, such as potatoes polenta,
peverà and caponec. Moreover,
our way of cooking was influenced by
the Bohemian cuisine. During the
war exile (1915-18) our grandmothers
learned how to prepare gnocchi and
cakes according to the Czech cooking
tradition.
Die Küche in Valle di Ledro ist der
traditionellen Trentiner Küche sehr
ähnlich. Es gibt aber auch einheimische
schmackhafte Gerichte, die in keinem
anderen Tal genießen werden können, wie
z.B. die Kartoffelpolenta, die Peverà
und die Caponec.
Neben der Tiroler Küche, wurde die auch
von der böhmischen Küche beeinflusst.
Während der Exilzeit (1915-18) lernten
unsere Großmütter, wie man Knödel und
Kuchen tschechischer Art zubereitet.

Escursioni alla scoperta delle trincee della
Grande Guerra, sia del fronte austriaco
che italiano all’interno del programma
“Settimane Natura”; mostre fotografiche
e di reperti; numerosi eventi per ricordare
il centenario della Prima Guerra Mondiale
tra cui spicca la rievocazione storica
dell’Esodo in Boemia il 23 maggio 2015,
esattamente 100 anni dopo, quando
la popolazione della Valle di Ledro fu
costretta a lasciare le proprie case.
Inoltre, lungo le cime della Valle di Ledro,
dal Monte Cadria al Monte Cima d’Oro,
è possibile percorrere parte del famoso
Sentiero della Pace, che percorre il fronte
della Grande Guerra.

Tremalzo - Passo Casèt
Giardino botanico della Valle
di Ledro riconosciuto in tutta
Europa per le sue rare specie
di fiori. Famosa meta per i biker
e zona di alpeggio con verdi
prati su cui, in estate, pascolano
tranquille le mucche. Il valico di
Casèt è un punto di passaggio
per numerosi uccelli durante i
loro viaggi migratori verso sud.
Il nuovo Centro Visitatori per
la flora e la fauna permette di
scoprire l’ambiente di Tremalzo
e le sue peculiarità, tramite un
percorso scandito dal succedersi
delle stagioni. Laboratori e visite
guidate sono organizzate nei
mesi estivi.
