Ladies and Gentlemen,
In the materials services division of the ThyssenKrupp Group in Germany we are restructuring and
systematically optimizing the way we are organized. In this connection the operations

of ThyssenKrupp MetalServ GmbH
with its businesses 'Das Armaturenzentrum', stainless steel service center,
Dr. Mertens Edelstahlhandel, Stahlkontor Hahn and ThyssenKrupp Metallcenter,
ThyssenKrupp Stahlkontor GmbH and
ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH
with its businesses Eisenmetall, Erich Weit, Fudickar Leichtbau and
ThyssenKrupp Magnettechnik
are being legally combined under the roof of the new ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH. As of April 8, 2015 all
business activities of the previously separate companies will operate as direct branches of the new
ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH.
Owing to the organizational changes we are moving our registered office from Essen to Düsseldorf. As a
result our commercial registration number, sales tax ID number and bank details are now as follows:
