INVITATION TO THE AEROBIC GYMNASTICS COACHES’ COURSE
July 5th to 11th, 2015 in Cesenatico (ITA)
Dear Sirs,
The Technical Committee UEG for aerobic gymnastics invites interested coaches from the UEG
member federations to participate in this course.
For further details about this event, please contact directly the Organiser.
PARTICIPANTS
The camp is limited to 5 coaches per federation.
VENUE
The camp will be held from 5th to 11th July 2015 in Cesenatico, ITA at:

ARRIVAL - DEPATURE
Arrival on 5th July 2015.
Departure on 11th July 2015.
Transport will be organised from Cesenatico train station and bus stations.
If needed, other transfers can be arranged according to the enclosed document.
Please send your travel details by the date of nominative entry 4th June 2015 to the Accademia
Acrobatica.
ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE
All participants have to present a certificate proving that they have a health and accident
insurance.
LANGUAGE
The course will be held in English.
All the participants should be familiar with the FIG AER Code of Points. They must have their
personal copy of FIG AER COP 2013 – 2016.

PARTICIPATION FEE
EURO 450.- Accommodation and full board are included.
50% of the registration must be paid by the date of definitive entry May 4th, 2015.
The final payment of the remaining 50% of the registration must be paid by the date of
nominative entry June 4th, 2015

The indicated prices are for one way.
Please note that in front of the entrance of each airport there is a public bus leaving every
20 min. going to the two central train stations. From Bologna it is most convenient to take
the train to Cesena and from Ancona the train to Rimini. Train tickets are to be borne by the
users.
