Josef Quatmann – Operations Manager
Mit sofortiger Wirkung wird Herr Josef Quatmann als Betriebsleiter die Verantwortung für alle
Produktionsaktivitäten übernehmen – vorerst als dreimonatige Sonderaufgabe.
Ich habe vollstes Vertrauen zu Josef Quatmann und bin
sicher, dass er es aufgrund seiner langjährigen
praktischen Erfahrung bei Atlas (seit 1981) schaffen
wird, Kaelble durch die derzeitige Restrukturierungsphase zu führen. Er ist Feinwerkmechanikermeister mit
Zusatzqualifikation als Technischer Fachwirt und hat
bereits Teilbereiche des Atlas-Werkes in Vechta
erfolgreich geleitet. Um unsere anspruchsvollen
gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen, ist es jedoch wichtig,
dass Sie ihn uneingeschränkt unterstützen zum Wohle
des Unternehmens und seiner Mitarbeiter.
Ich freue mich, dass Herr Quatmann diese
Sonderaufgabe bei Kaelble übernommen hat, und
bitte Sie um Ihre volle Kooperation.

Effective immediately, Mr. Josef Quatmann will take over the responsibility for all
manufacturing activities as Operations Manager – initially on special assignment for three
months.
I have full confidence in Josef and am sure that with his long years of hands-on experience
at Atlas (since 1981) Josef will manage to lead Kaelble through the current restructuring
phase. He is a master craftsman in precision mechanics with the additional qualification of
technical specialist and has already successfully managed sections of the Atlas plant in
Vechta. In order to achieve our ambitious mutual goals it is however important that you
give him your full support for the benefit of the company and its employees.
I am pleased, that Josef Quatmann accepted this special assignment at Kaelble, and ask
for your full cooperation.
