Einbau der DRAIN Liner End Seal Installation 1. Schlitzbänder (Slotted® Korbands) auf richtigen Sitz in den Dichtrillen prüfen. 2. Innenfläche des Altrohres auf Rauigkeiten prüfen und bei Bedarf glätten. Für das äußere Dichtband wird ein unsanierter Streifen Altrohr von mindestens 4 cm benötigt. 1. Check to be sure that the Slotted® Korbands are properly located in the seal grooves. 3. Die Liner-Enddichtung mit der kleinen Seite zuerst in das Rohr einfügen, während der überlappende Teil der Schlitzbänder nach oben zeigt. 2. Inspect the inside surface of the pipe for rough surfaces, and smooth if necessary. A minimum of 1.5” of unlined pipe is required for the outer seal band. 3. Insert the Liner End Seal, small end first, into the pipe with the overlapping part of the Slotted Bands at the top. 4. Die entsprechende Aufweitvorrichtung (Expander) des Schlitzbandes in senkrechter Stellung so in das Band einführen, dass der Stift an der Spitze in die Aufnahme am Ende des Schlitzbandes eingreift. 4. Place the appropriate Slotted Band Expander into the band in a vertical position, inserting the Pin on the tip into the receiver end of the Slotted Band 5. Die Dichtung so ausrichten, dass sie in der Senkrechten und Waagerechten rechtwinklig zum Rohr steht. Das Innenband sollte dabei mindestens 5 cm in den ausgekleideten Rohrabschnitt hineinragen. 5. Position End Seal so it is square to the pipe both vertically and horizontally. The inside band should be placed a minimum of 2” inside the lined segment of the pipe. 6. Den Expander so lange aktivieren, bis das Manometer den maximalen Druck von 345 bar anzeigt – die letzte Raste muss oberhalb von 138 bar in einem Schlitz einhaken. 6. Activate the expander until the gauge reaches the maximum pressure of 5,000 psi - last click must be above 2,000 psi. 7. Dehnwerkzeug entfernen. Das Band überprüfen, ob die Rastvorrichtung richtig im Schlitz sitzt. 7. Remove the expanding tool. Inspect the band to be sure that the latch has seated into the slot properly 8.
