Auch in diesem Jahr sind junge Künstlerinnen beteiligt, die während ihres Studiums Preisträgerinnen des INSOMNALE Wettbewerbes der Universität Greifswald waren. Drei der an der Ausstellung beteiligten KünstlerInnen erhielten in 2014 und drei im April 2015 ein einmonatiges Aufenthaltsstipendium im Künstlerhaus Lukas. Die bewährte Ausstellungsreihe zeigt uns bereits im zehnten Jahr, wie wichtig der interkulturelle Austausch gerade von jungen KünstlerInnen ist, um den Akteuren selbst und den Besuchern unterschiedlichste Einblicke und Erfahrungen in die aktuelle junge Kunstentwicklung zu ermöglichen. Ein sechsteiliger Katalog im Schuber und die Wanderung der Ausstellung nach Schweden und Litauen bieten den jungen Künstlerinnen und Künstlern als Erstförderung eine besondere internationale Präsentationsplattform. 3+6 - young art from three countries invites again three scholarship holders from the south of Sweden, the region of Klaipeda and young artists, who won the INSOMNALE Prize during her studies at the University Greifswald. In April 2015 three artists got a scholarship residence for one month at the Künstlerhaus Lukas, three of them got there scholarship residence in 2014. Since now ten years the line of the exhibition “young art from three countries” shows the importance of an intercultural exchange of young artists and gives the artists themselves and the visitors insights and experiences into the current development of young art. By a six-part catalogue in slipcase and by the running of the exhibition to Sweden and Lithuania the young artists get a special way of international presentation.
