Jessica Yu is an Associate in the Firm’s Bellevue, Washington office of Wong Fleming. Ms.
Yu focuses her practice on tax, immigration, corporate securities law, and commercial
litigation. Ms. Yu routinely advises Korean businesses wanting to do business in the U.S.
and American businesses seeking to conduct business in Korea, as well as representing
and defending Korean businesses in lawsuits in the U.S.

Prior to joining Wong Fleming, Ms. Yu worked in a boutique tax firm specializing in tax
planning for individuals and international corporations. During law school, Ms. Yu
worked as a legal extern at the Internal Revenue Service Chief Counsel’s Office, the
Federal Trade Commission, and the Washington State Office of the Attorney
General. Additionally, Ms. Yu completed a pro bono internship in a prominent
Washington Firm and a summer internship in a Firm located in Seoul, Korea.
