With more than 20 years of proven track record in corporate communications, Chika
contributes to several projects for multinational companies and educational institutions,
based in Barcelona, Spain. She helps potential leaders as a coach.
Previously she served as Managing Director of Corporate Communications & Public
Aﬀaires at GE Japan as well as Hewlett-Packard, leading various multi-cultural and crossfunctional projects.
She also has a wide range of experience in teaching business presentations and leadership communications. She is a visiting professor of the NUCB graduate school. Chika
earned a B.A degree in French literature from Aoyama Gakuin University (Japan) and an
M.B.A from Ashridge Business School (UK)
