Purpose
The goal of Achieve3000 is to improve students’ reading skills and strategies for those struggling to
meet college readiness expectations as 9th graders.
What
Accessing reading supportive instruction through a web-based, artificially intelligent assessment and
learning system.
When
This intervention is offered 30 minutes per day, 4 days per week, during school hours.
How
Accessibility - Achieve3000 program is web-based and can be used 24 hours/day

West High School - Assigned Academic Options (AO) classroom
Entrance
Criteria
Students are referred to this intervention through a school-based data review team (DRT) and
typically have the following profile :
o A RIT at or below 230 on the MAP Math Assessment
o An EXPLORE score at or below 15
o Grades of ‘D’ or ‘F’ in their current or previous english course

Exit Criteria
Students are considered eligible for exit from this intervention when they demonstrate proficiency to
the data review team and have the following profile:
o Achieve a RIT score of 230 or above on the MAP Reading assessment
o Demonstrate skills mastery through ACHIEVE 3000 program components
