IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that for each brief-in-chief or reply brief, the parties to
these proceedings shall separately file an electronic copy of their original, unredacted brief and
an electronic copy of the redacted version of their brief. The electronic copy of the original,
unredacted brief shall be uploaded to the court’s e-filing website as a text-searchable PDF file.
The electronic copy of the redacted version of the brief shall be separately uploaded to the
court’s e-filing website as a PDF image (i.e., a PDF file that is not text-searchable). Each
version of the brief--in both hard copy and electronic copy--shall state on the brief cover whether
it is “ORIGINAL” (i.e., unredacted) or “REDACTED.” The electronic copy of the original,
unredacted brief will be maintained under seal by the clerk of this court. The electronic copy of
the redacted version of the brief will be subject to the same procedure used for hard copies of the
redacted versions of the briefs, as set forth in the second full paragraph on page 5 of the court’s
December 16, 2014 order. If no objection to the redacted version is received pursuant to that
procedure, at the same time that the clerk of this court places the hard copy of the redacted
version of the brief into the public court file, the clerk of this court will also permit access to the
electronic copy of the redacted version of the brief.
