DATE: Saturday and Sunday, April 11th and 12th, 2015
LEVELS: Sanctioned USAG Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and Xcel (all levels)
FEES: $75.00 per gymnast ALL LEVELS, $55.00 per 3 person team per level
Receive a $5.00 per gymnast and a $5 per team discount if registered by January 5, 2015.
All levels will be Modified Capitol Cup. We will use two full sets of equipment except for the floor. Session schedule and age
groups will be determined and distributed after all entries are received.

AWARDS: Achievement Ribbons to all athletes levels 2 and 3. Medals awarded to 50% All-Around and 25% for individual events.
Special Individual Event Champion mini banner for top scorers on each apparatus and in all around from each session. Team awards
to top 3 registered teams or 50% per level (3 athlete teams) whichever is more appropriate. Athletes who receive special ‘twinkle toe’
judges awards for performances throughout the weekend will get to pick from the "Treasure Chest"! Individual awards will be given
after each session. Team awards will be given at the completion of each level. All participants will be given a
commemorative gift.
ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be postmarked by March 28, 2014

EQUIPMENT: Equipment provided by Sports Equipment Specialists (NY). 2 each of: AAI Beams, bars, Tac-10 Vault tables
and springboards. 1 each of- Spring floor and tumble strip.
Entering Athletes
1. Your Club, Athlete and Coaches numbers must be on the entry form.
2. Age is determined by the last day of the gymnast’s state meet.
3. You may fax or e-mail entry forms to host club. Entry fees must be mailed out
within 48 hours of fax or e-mail for the exact amount on the fax or email.
4. Late fees - $25.00 per gymnast.
