Overview
Westell’s Twin Variable Gain 700 MHz Upper-C
Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) is an ideal solution
for optimizing LTE cell site performance by improving
base station receiver sensitivity. With the AWC-TTMA700C-VG, operators will see fewer failed connection
attempts, fewer dropped calls, increased coverage
area (critical for VoLTE), and improved uplink data
throughput; all in a compact, highly-reliable, and
cost-effective package that supports one full sector.
To support all types of deployment environments the
gain of the AWC-TTMA-700C-VG can be set in 1 dB
increments from 3 dB to 13 dB using AISG 2.0/1.1.
