SPECIAL ENACTMENTS (EXTENSION OF
TIME) ACT, 1940.
Under the above Act the Minister of War Transport has made the Sheffield-Grimsby Trunk Road
Yorkshire (West Riding) Compulsory Purchase
Order (No. i) 1938 (Extension of Time) Order, 1942,
extending the time within which the powers of
compulsory purchase conferred by the SheffieldGnmsby Trunk Road Yorkshire (West Riding) Compulsory Purchase Order (No. i) 1938, may be
exercised.
