ROOM NEWS…
Room 1 (M-F) Happy New Year! January will be
filled with learning about the weather and the four
seasons. We will also make a joyful noise and
create our very own instruments! Our color is blue,
our shape is a rectangle and our sign language is
“friend.” On the 15th and 15th we will have “Donuts
with Dad” and will show our dads how much we
love and appreciate them with a party in their
honor. Preschool Sunday is on the 25th; please join
us as we sing for joy to God.
Blessings, Ms. Renee’, Ms. Celina & Ms. Hillary
Room 2 (MWF) Happy New Year to all of you.
This month we will discover the seasons, and how
they affect our weather. We will celebrate our
wonderful dads on the 15th and 16th with lots of fun
and donuts! Preschool Sunday is on the 25th at
our church at 9am and 10:30am. It is a great time
to meet our congregation and recognize our staff
and families. Please come and join us. We will
also send home our bear friends “Jojo” and “Coco”
with the children this month. Please take good
care of them and remember to return them on time
for the next child to take. May the Lord give you
many blessings in the New Year!
Ms. Sandy, Ms. Maggie & Ms. Karen
Room 3 (MWF) We had so much fun last year that
we didn’t even see the New Year Coming! Happy

our letters and sounds of Uu, Dd, Xx, & Kk. Please
come help us celebrate our dads at “Donuts with
Dad” on the 16th. Come one; come all to Preschool
Sunday on the 25th as we celebrate our preschool
staff and families. We wish you all a great year!

Room 3 (TTH) Happy New Year everyone! We
have so much to look forward to in 2015. Thank

Room 4 (MWF/TTH) Happy New Year! We can’t
believe we are beginning a brand new year! This
month we will work on the letters Uu, Dd, Xx & Kk.
For letter Dd, we will have “Donuts with Dad” on
the 15th and 16th. Please come and spend time

A Message from Pastor Hillary…
For some of our children, and us, the closest we
will get to a landscape of fresh snow and friendly
snowmen is the movie “Frozen.” Yet, we all can
see the beauty in the twinkle of a snowflake. The
snowflake is a wonderful mystery. (Have you cut
one out of paper lately?) It is flat and six-sided.
AND no two are exactly alike. It’s that way with
people. No two children are alike. Every person in
the world is one of a kind – unique. Those sisters
Elsa and Anna, and their new friends Christophe,
Sven and Olaf (even Hans) are each unique!
Finding their special personalities, skills, gifts and
style let them love and set them all free (Let it Go!)
to be their own selves. Snowflakes, people - all
are one of a kind. We can spend some time
looking at the special things that people can do.
We can notice how each person has special
talents and abilities. We can ask God to show us
what our special abilities are and what we can do
with them to add to the beauty and love in the
world. May you enjoy the specialness of each
person in your family!
I praise you God because I am fearfully and
wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I
know that full well. Psalm 139:14
God Bless.
Pastor Hillary
