BW ASP Spring 2015 Registration Packet

Bryker Woods After School Program Spring 2015 Registration Packet The Bryker Woods After-‐School Program Committee of the PTA is pleased to share the set of programs available for the Spring of 2015. As you review the course catalog, you will find the name of each class, the organization or individual offering the class, the dates and location for the class, the grades for which the class is designed, the fees for the class and additional details. Please read carefully to understand what each class is about. As always, classes are available on a first-‐come, first-‐served basis. Many programs can only accommodate a certain number of students; so please sign up as quickly as possible to secure your child(ren)’s spot! For your convenience, please register directly with each program. After the description of each program in this packet, you will find instructions on how to register—in most cases, it’s online and in other cases, you can contact the vendor directly by email or phone to set up payment. The vendors will confirm when your registration has been received (and they will notify you if the class is full). If you do not receive a confirmation email (or notification that the class is full) before the first meeting of the program, please contact the vendor directly. If you do not receive a response, please contact the After-‐
School Program Committee at [email protected]. A limited number of scholarships—one per child per semester—are available for families with financial hardship. For more information please contact us via email. Please remember that the PTA coordinates bringing these programs to campus, but they operate independently of us, so you will need to communicate with them directly about registration and class matters. In addition, you are responsible for making sure your child knows when and where each class is, as the PTA and your child’s teacher do not have this information. For questions about the After-‐School Programs, please contact us: [email protected].
